“Amazing stay at victory hotel lovely large rooms for me and my family. staff where so Polite and helpful and lovely to talk to. Food was spectacular . Highly recommend staying here and eating here. Also went to a wedding here and the staff did perfect job made the day run smoothly and was very friendly and helpful to everyone at the wedding.”

“Stayed here on a Friday night as I was celebrating my birthday with a night out. Brilliant location with the Northern Quarter on the doorstep. Hotel bar open until 4am so we were able to get food when we came back. Shout out to supervisor Bernadette who was absolutely lovely when checking us in.”

“I was dubious about the treatment and wanted to wait a few weeks before I did a review. Firstly Keran, the nurse who did my treatment was amazing! Put me at ease straight away and was really easy to talk to! The treatment itself was a little more painful than I expected, but bearable. After 2 weeks I was noticing a difference in my symptoms and they are continuing to improve! I will definitely have another treatment if/when needed. I would recommend to anyone struggling with their vaginal health! 10/10”

“I ve been yesterday for the first time here, from booking the appointment till the end of the consultation everything went super smooth. Very warm welcome from the receptionist and Dr Sivaraman I can not thank to her enough, she is a very nice person, explained me everything very well. Thank you so much! Highly recommend the clinic.”

“You get what you pay for is it a Hilton no but it’s cheap central and comfy. The room was clean no complaints easy access 24/7 reception. Hot water and nice staff. If your coming for WHP or and concerts it’s cheap and it does the job. DO NOT SHARE A ROOM WITH SOMEONE YOU NOT COMFORTABLE BEING NAKED AROUND the shower isn’t in a separate room. However, if your good mates or in a relationship and looking for a cheap nights stay that’s clean and has a bed it’s the place.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel before my flight from Manchester Airport. It was super convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. What really made the experience, though, was the excellent service. Faizan, in particular, was fantastic. He handed me my key and was so friendly and approachable, which I really appreciated. As a nervous flyer, his ability to communicate and just talk about things really helped take my mind off my worries and made me feel a lot better about the flight ahead. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.”

“Due to traffic I was totally late for check in but the staff were lovely and still got me in, the place is massive and when I got to my room It was spotless. The room was simply immaculate, no dirt or dust and very spacious, the bed was tidy and comfortable. There was coffee and tea stuff to help yourself to, a phone if i need any assistance and the view was lovely, the scape of Eccles looked like stars, bathroom was also amazing. Honestly it's the nicest place I've stayed in a while, I book a lot of hotels for trips and this was one I couldn't fault at all. I'd definitely stay again and will be adding it to my favourites!”

“Nearly didn't book here due to some bad reviews. Glad I did because the place is fine. It does look a bit tatty on the outside but it is OK inside. Although it is on a main road into Manchester we were surprised at how little traffic there was overnight. Our room was overlooking the road and we had no problem with traffic noise. It had acoustic double glazing that was very effective. There is no air con but a fan is provided which helps. We were there on one of the hottest days/nights and found it tolerable. The meal deal was good. You eat in the pub which is attached to the hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't have any real ale but the Draught Guinness was good. There was a selection of lager and cider. So don't be put off, if it is convenient for you go for it.”

“Excellent service. Easy to book and pay and arrived earlier than stated. Driver was very kind and considerate with Mum who was in a wheelchair, made sure she was safely in and very patient.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”

“Don’t believe the bad reviews. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good value, location is good. Tram stop behind pub. Very convenient. Lovely pub serving food across the road beside tram stop. Avoid the pizzeria next door to hotel. Good car park just seconds from reception. Shortage of power sockets in rooms, bring a power strip. Lovely staff. I will return.”

“Very good hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and comfortable overall. Breakfast was included, which was a big plus – no need to rush anywhere in the morning. I stayed in a 4-bed room, and all the necessary facilities were inside. There is a small locker next to the bed, but you need to have your own padlock. The staff were always responsive and welcoming. There is also a fridge where you can store your own food. The only downside was that the mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay!”

“We needed somewhere to crash for an extended period of time before a flight. The staff here were very helpful when we arrived. We can not fault the guy on the phone and the lady on site for how good they were to us. The room was a lot more spacious than expected and it had the cricket test on the telly. The bed wasn’t amazing, but the room was cheap so we were not expecting the Ritz. We got lunch nearby at San Carlo, which was very close and tasty.”

“I have just returned from a visit to the walk in centre where my daughter needed treatment for two ear piercings that had become very infected. The two nurses ( I think) who treated her were incredible and were able to remove both piercings. My daughter was clearly in a lot of pain and very distressed but they just kept her calm and worked wonders! I cannot thank them enough - you were fab! Thank you!”

“It is a 2-star hotel with shared toilet and it did the job perfectly! Don't imagine it as a 5-star hotel. The room, hard floor, bed sheet and towel are reasonably fresh and clean. Perfectly warm with a radiator and an extra heater. Not super comfy but warm duvet. The staff Dan was warm and nice, even arranging a better room for me. There was also a microwave. I stayed on a Monday night which I think it wasn't full. The bathrooms were clean, dry and bright without any damp smell. It was perfect for me to just spend the night for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again with this budget! The only problem might probably be the sound-proofing. Bring a pair of ear plugs if you are not a deep sleeper.”

“This is the best drama school in Manchester, please don't be under any illusions and think it is easy you have to pass not 1 but 2 auditions and Mark Hudson knows he's stuff. If you want to take up acting then try this school don't act be yourself, and good luck”

“I can't understand why this stunning hotel has only 3 stars! I was completely enchanted, just standing in front of this very old building with its wealth of ornate detailing and its very interesting history. I was blown away by the enormous chandelier in the lobby and highly ornate and unusual stairs and stair bridges. You can learn about the history in various places throughout the hotel. I had a good look around and was captivated! I was fortunate enough to see it in its full Christmas glory aswell. Fitting that the Nutcracker soldiers guard the stairs. The hotel was very, very clean, very atmospheric (!). Very warm and inviting. My room had everything I needed and the bar was very relaxed and lovely, unusual with its interesting features and spacious like the rest of the hotel. The staff are helpful and polite. Check in and out was easy. What more could you need? I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel after reading previous reviews however it seems the owner's of this hotel have gone to a real effort to turn things around, everything was laid out perfectly for us the bed was made nicely and the bath run really nice with hot water, and with folded towels on the bed and free soap show minor details which would be expected on rooms much more expensive. Highly recommend for families my kids loved it. Also great location.”
