“Just checked into the Raddison and can say im glad I booked! 3 hours travel to get here before my U.S. flight so tired and just wanted to relax. From entering the hotel using the terminal 2 tunnel the hotel is easy to find, modern and very clean. I was checked in by William who had a trainee badge on however was very knowledgeable and helpful giving helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. I was so happy with Williams service I've just booked again for 23rd December this time for the family. Great Staff and service. :)”

“I will start by saying that this is a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting from the very beginning, which is why I try to book PI when I go away as I know I will have a decent sleep in a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast the next morning. This Premier Inn was very easy to find, it was a very short walk from Media City tram stop, which was itself a very smooth journey from Manchester Piccadilly station. On this occasion, we had paid a little extra for a Premier Plus room, it was only £10 more than the standard room at the time of booking and it was more than worth it. Check in was nice and easy and the staff member was incredibly helpful, showing us how to activate a second key card for the room. Navigating to our room was also a very simple process (you have to use your key card to get through to the lifts and then again to use the lift, which is excellent security). The Premier Plus room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations, it was roomy, well decorated and had a fridge, iron and ironing board, Nespresso machine and a glorious rainfall shower. The room was spotlessly clean with no faults. We were very excited to see that we had a view that peeked a little onto "The Cobbles" (Coronation Street) as this was the reason for our visit. There is a Co-op a very short walk around the corner from the hotel, which proved very useful and is excellent placement. As always in a Premier Inn, we enjoyed an excellent nights sleep. We also booked breakfast for the next morning to set us up for our day out (I always recommend booking a PI breakfast). We were very impressed with the options available at breakfast, which has something for everyone and suits all dietary requirements. The very lovely, friendly and warm Lizzie ensured we were given the allergen menu (one of us is coeliac) and quickly ordered a plate of "vegan bacon" for us on request. The restaurant was smaller than the one at the last Premier Inn we were in, but we actually preferred this as it felt more intimate but didn't impact on the choice available, which was great! Unfortunately, the coffee machine was broken at breakfast, but there was still instant coffee and tea bags available to make a hot drink and this absolutely does not impact my review at all, as this is something that cannot be helped and we had a Nespresso machine in our room for a proper coffee anyway! Checkout was swift and straightforward, again, as we would expect from Premier Inn. We will definitely be returning when we visit Manchester again and really hope that we see Lizzie next time, as she was outstanding!”

“Good location. Staff are friendly. Discount parking for the multi story car park-£11 for 24 hours. Room is clean and comfortable. Free of charge for late check out which is superb so I could get a quick shower after ran the Manchester half! Dog friendly hotel. Love it! My dog enjoyed the view.”

“Very well located, close to Manchester Piccadilly Station at a very reasonable price (though it should be noted our stay was on a Monday, weekend prices rise rapidly !). Helpful, friendly and professional staff, drinks at the bar were very competitive as normally drinks in hotel bars are grossly overpriced and inflated. Breakfast was fabulous - a hot and cold buffet with a great selection. The room itself was fabulous, a very comfortable bed and equally comfortable pillows. Our room had a mini kitchen in it, so after a busy day we bought lovely food from M&S and made use of the facilities. The only negative ( for us) was our room was adjacent to a very busy A road, so not the best for light sleepers , so beware when booking and make a special request for a room not near this busy road if it bothers you.”

“This place is a hidden gem! Don’t be fooled by some of the old fashioned decor, spend a night here and you realise it only add to the charm. What do you really need from a hotel, tidy, clean, great service, top breakfast, brilliant location. It may be a 3* in build but you are treated to a 5* stay!”

“Well what can I say? When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady at the reception! She got us to check in early at 12:45pm. My brother and I were impressed by the quality and service. Soon we were given the key card to our rooms. The moment I walked in and seeing from pictures from google, I assumed the rooms to be tiny, but it’s adequately sized, and allows enough room for manoeuvrability. The room was clean throughout and hotel staff consistently came cleaned and changed sheets and towels and what not! The nights I spent were without disturbances! The rooms temperature was great all round and it didn’t affect my stay at all! However, my nitpicks only were, the TV that didn’t have enough channels and nothing interested me. Wish it had a movie catalogue. Another thing was when we left to do shopping, my room wasn’t refilled with coffee, so I just had the one last stick and also tea as well, but my brother was nice enough to share his coffee with me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was well worth the money I spent and usually I stay at hotels, but joining Hilton honours, I did for the incredible offers should I wish to book a hotel at an early check in wherever I am!”

“I've stayed at this Premier Inn many times and I have to say, it's a very good spot. The location is great, with McDonald's just around the corner and Chinatown only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, every time we stay here we discover new parts of Manchester that we haven't seen before. It's at the quieter end of Manchester which is always a plus. The hotel is also very close to the train stop, so it's easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also good, with a decent variety of options available. Overall, I highly recommend this Premier Inn. The location is great, it's at the quieter end of Manchester and it's easy to access other parts of the city. Plus the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable”

“Not my first review, but another stay of over a week at this hotel. Decent location, glad I'm not parking on the grounds though with a £3 daily fee, when it was free till recently. Staff terrific again. Special shout out to Bruce who was brilliant with our reservation, as well as Amar and Hannah, who are fantastic. Finally, we often get in very late and see Nathan, who does the graveyard shift, and is another terrific member of staff. All the best to everyone and see you again soon, I'm sure.”

“My stay at the Townhouse Hotel Manchester was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was easy and fast, and the team made sure I felt comfortable right away. The room was clean, stylish, and very spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the modern bathroom and the little touches that made the space feel premium and inviting. The hotel’s atmosphere is elegant yet cozy, creating a perfect balance for both leisure and business travelers. The location is another huge highlight right in the heart of Manchester, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Despite being in the city centre, the room was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, the Townhouse Hotel exceeded my expectations. “After being let down by another hotel I turned to Novotel Manchester Centre. I was greeted by the extremely helpful Pasquale at reception. I explained my circumstances and Pasquale couldn't do enough to help and reassure me. On a day that was stressful and grey Pasquale really brought the sunshine back for which im thankful. We opted for a family room that was spacious, clean, modern and well laid out. All the staff work really hard in the hotel and are really helpful. This includes the cleaning and room staff. Special mention to Inga and her team who were so helpful and friendly with requests I had. Food and drink in the hotel were also great. The in house restaurant serves great food whatever the time of day. Again some super helpful and hardworking staff here with a mention to Isaac behind the bar. He was friendly and helpful to me and my children. The Novotel brand has always been a reliable and great brand. Im a firm beleiver that brands and hotels are built on their staff. At Novotel Manchester Centre you really have amazing staff who go the extra mile. They are a credit to the hotel and the Novotel brand. Many thanks and myself & my family will be back again soon.”

“Very nice atmosphere and large screen with plenty of comfortable sitting, the one was choose it was 4K HD screen with leather sofas, perfect place to spend some quality time. It’s inside the print works so you can either drive or walk in.”

“Service was very professional and speedy, I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks relatively easily and they even were helpful in organising an extra blood test I needed for my work. The place was easy enough to access via public transport (I walked from train station, not too far from victoria) All staff were helpful and the doctor who performed my medical was really pleasant, polite and good rumoured which put me at ease. The first staff member who took my photo seemed a bit abrupt but I think she was rushed. Overall a very good service. I realize the medicals seem a bit pricey but it did what I needed it to do.”

“Simple and good hotel, with an excellent location in the northern part of the city center. Very close to the Arndale Mall and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Exceptional service — quick, efficient, respectful, and pleasant. Clean rooms and overall a very clean hotel. The dining area is a bit crowded for my taste, and the English breakfast is basic.”

“From the moment I stepped in, this place just felt welcoming. An actual key for the room gave it a charming, personal touch you don’t often see anymore. Free parking, free WiFi, and a bed so comfortable I nearly missed checkout – all at a price that’s hard to beat. The building may be older, but it’s clearly loved and cared for, and it shows. A special mention to Carla, who I spoke to in the morning – she was outstanding. Passionate about the local area and genuinely invested in guests having a great time, she’s a real asset to the business. If she worked at my company, it would be a better place. Any future visits to Manchester – this will be my go-to hotel.”

“My family of 5 stayed there Friday to Saturday this week. The staff are amazing and so friendly I have 3 ASD children and the staff were lovely with them all. As we were checking in the lady gave each of them some cookies. The beds are so comfy and I'd paid for breakfast which can I say fantastic such choice which is perfect for my children as they can be hard to cater for. As we were about to leave the restaurant one of the male staff came over and gave my younger 2 a Terry's chocolate orange each. I would definitely stay there again and can't rate it highly.”

“Stayed at the bury premier in for 1 night. Good location and rooms clean and a very good nights sleep. I are evening meal and breakfast which was absolutely lovely and very high quality. Reception and evening staff polite and helpful and I enjoyed my little chat to the breakfast ladies who again were polite and helpful. Restaurant was clean and food fabulous x thanks for making my stay fantastic.”

“It was lovely and for tourists interested in visiting Old Trafford, this is super close. The bus system is great so we could stay here even though our event was at the University of Manchester. The breakfast was beautiful and fun, and we didn't have to break our banks.”

He greeted me with a genuine smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable he was throughout my stay. Whether I needed directions, restaurant suggestions, or help with a small issue in my room, Levon was always available and eager to help. He has a calm, polite manner that instantly puts you at ease. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the guest experience. My stay felt smooth and stress-free.
