“We were extending the kitchen into the garage, so our kitchen had to be designed off plan and was somewhat complex. Imogen at Nolte got the idea very quickly and came up with the best design and mock-up we saw, with a real eye for detail. She could not have been more responsive to our need for minor changes, and for reassurance regarding colours and design, and everything was backed up with full costings and pictures. Once ordered, our Shaker kitchen with a modern twist proved everything we had hoped for and the execution was exactly as promised, plus Imogen went over and above through visits to check up etc. No stone was left unturned, for clients who were probably somewhat particular! Even our builder, who installed the kitchen, was impressed, once he got over the extensive instructions in German (they were in English as well!). All was completed in three months from order to our considerable satisfaction, and Imogen helped us through the hundred little decisions which need to be made through the process with a smile and authentic interest in the outcome. We would recommend Imogen and Nolte without hesitation!”

“Used Kitchen magician to fully replace my kitchen except for white goods, oven and hob (However, oven and hob was still installed by the team at The Kitchen Magician). From the initial outlay in approaching The Kitchen Magician to the end I very much had a positive experience. Mike excelled himself in providing a professional service allowing me to explain my original concept idea which slowly progressed to the design I later agreed with (which turned out to be completely different and happily so). Based on budget limitations, certain subjects were not shied away from and it was explained where budget could be saved and where it was advised to put additional budget towards within the kitchen design to improve the overall aesthetic and longevity of its overall use. There were small delays along the way, however with each delay I was informed ahead of schedule and was of no consequence. In terms of the team The Kitchen Magician employ, they are fantastic in their work and it is evident with the quality of finish that they take exceptional care and pride in each of their profession. Overall, an amazing company and a happy customer. Will look to use The Kitchen Magician in the future.”

“My Washing machine happened to break down and I was going to buy a new one. I done a google search and happened to find the AZRental website which explained the benefits of Renting apposed to buying. I did not know it was possible to rent a washing machine any way, I made a telephone call to AZRental and spoke to an extremely helpful lady who told me about the service that AZRental offers. She told me how I would be covered with a service where if I was unfortunate that my machine broke down I would be able to have an engineer call out to me within a couple of days of me reporting the fault and if he could not repair it he would replace the machine on the spot and this was all included in the rental price. It took a while only because I made multiple visits to review my design and make changes before I finalised the order in April, yet each time I visited I was made to feel like their only and most valued customer. Oskar was brilliant, eternally patient, and helped turn a fairly blunt plan into a masterpiece. I was kept well informed by text and email of order progress and delivery dates, and genuinely feel I have had a bespoke planning service for a high street price. Oskar is an asset to the Northampton branch team, but without exception, everyone we have spoken with in the store has been friendly, polite and persistently helpful. I cannot recommend the store (and Oskar particularly) enough for a fantastic experience, which made the significant financial commitment that a kitchen purchase is truly feel like money well spent. 5 stars!”

There's also a lift at the back of the store. . Toilets are upstairs.. It's a relatively big store. In the middle at the back you'll find Virgin travel. A lovely sized shoe section. Furniture is downstairs, beds and bedroom accessories are upstairs.. Clothes are downstairs. Till service was fast and efficient. A pleasure to shop here, I cannot fault this store.
