“Great service throughout. Toby is an amazing designer and very knowledgeable, they have all been very nice to deal with. The shop replaced a few of the damaged panels without question. Toby was very accommodating with the issues I’ve had with plasterers. To top it off, Shaun and Jake have done an outstanding job fitting the quartz. I would highly recommended.”

“Our shower head broke which was still under warranty and fitted by another local company who refused to help without charging us an obscene amount just to come and have a look. We went to this beautiful showroom and chatted to the friendly and helpful staff all of whom went out of their way to help us. Ten minutes later had been sold a replacement shower head and the chap came and fitted that same afternoon. Outstanding service. These are now our go to for replacement of our bathrooms. “Thank you to the always-helpful staff at the Rushden Lakes ProCook store. We are always welcomed with a greeting upon entering the store, which is always immaculate, well-stocked and tidy. The staff members are always friendly and knowledgeable. We had an issue with a pan and sought advice, returned after a few hours and the team swapped out the item as per the guarantee with no issue at all. We were helped mostly by Nadia, who was polite and quick. We will definitely continue to shop here and recommend their products. 10/10, thank you!”

“5 stars for a lovely young staff member, who leant me his phone, when my husband waiting in our car, with mine, had disappeared from the car park. Totally dumbfounded, this young lad jumped to my rescue, when he could hear me asking a random, reluctant stranger, for use of his. This young man, sorting trollies, didn't want to see me stranded, he said. I'm very grateful to him. His whole demeanor was friendly and helpful. B and Q had hired well. As for my hubby, being a man if a certain age, he had gone to find a public convenience. Men!!”

“Nice place, easy to manoeuvre around. Always parking spaces outside as it's on a retail park. A toilet upstairs, and a lift is available for customer use. A small cafe upstairs too selling hot and cold food. Busiest times seem to be Saturdays... Many tills so service always seems to be fast..”

Constantly chasing them as too where my order was etc but had no luck. Popped into B&Q wellingborough and the lovely man ( Michael we think) Was so helpful and refunded me my money. “Yet another great store in the Swansgate centre. A massive selection of stock from household goods, food, pet stuff, kitchenware, furnishings and toiletries. 31-5-23. Went into Wilkos this afternoon just before closing. They had 3 staff working, no self service checkout but even though the lady at the counter was very busy, she still had a smile for each customer she served. Great deals on certain products atm so go and peruse the stock.”

“Arrived about an hour before the store closed. My wife and I were searching for a loud alarm clock, the manageress and her assistant were very helpful, opening each box and plugging in the alarms to test the volume. This took a good half hour before we chose the loudest alarm. Would highly recommend”
