“We couldn’t have asked for better service at the Milton Keynes central branch. Jo from the team served us on two separate occasions, she was really helpful in helping us decide on our first pushchair and travel system she also advised us on furniture. The second time we visited Jo was super helpful in fitting the car seat and pushchair into our car. Jo is very knowledgeable on the products and attentive to our needs. Based on the experience we received we will always use this store and recommend to others.”

“I love this store. It's well stocked, the prices and offers are excellent. As for the staff, I can honestly say that they are the happiest bunch of people I have ever known to work in any store anywhere! I am disabled, therefore I realise I may get extra help, but I also have eyes and ears that tell me, all customers are greeted with a friendly smile and asked if they managed to find everything they required. An absolute joy to shop here.”

“Came across OBC from multiple friends who have raved about it, went to initially check it out to see what travel systems were available to try- the shop has a huge range of prams and the shop manager and assistants are helpful if needed, but allow you to try in your own time also. We met Liz on both occasions and she was great. My husband and I bought majority of our baby items here as they were very flexible with price matching and/or NHS discount. They were kind enough to offer our pram being delivered to our home, which was very efficient and smooth. Can’t recommend this shop enough, it has a lot more variety than most shops in the Peterborough area and the staff are lovely. As first time parents we found this shop to be a dream.”

“My most recent visit was due to having to see family in Northampton General Hospital daily for a couple of weeks. This store is close, and easily accessed on my way in/out of town. I was originally visiting the Timpsons store that is located within the Morissons here, but combined it grabbing breakfast and doing a little shopping. The cafe was great! Quiet. Easy ordering. Fully customisable meals. Good range. Very low prices. Quick service. And a fantastic fill up, which was exactly what I needed! This store has a very wide range of products, which is refreshing as it's unlike anything else local to me. The bakery and deli sections were especially nice on this trip. The store had everything I needed, and at a reasonable price too. I joined the loyatly program too, which gave me some points and some discount offers that helped too. Parking was easy. Plenty of spaces. Accessible spaces were easily found and had very easy access into the store. I'll certainly be stopping by next time I'm in the area.”

“Very big store with loads of products, good location and easy access. Good for gifts, diy, basic food shopping, outside and inside decorating. There is a little coffee shop on the mezzanine floor. Staff always busy, but always welcoming and helpful. Thanks and see you again.”

“Had a wonderful experience with store manager Linda today when walking in around 5-10 minutes before closing time. I had an order to collect and no staff were available in the click&collect area due to close-down duties. On the way out I noticed a member of staff (Linda) and asked if there's any chance to still retrieve my order, she was incredibly warm and explained the staff absence due to the closing down of the store and assisted me despite the time (which had hit 6pm by that point!). Leaving today's pleasant experience aside, the store is always very well stocked and clean, I've always received great service and have been very satisfied. Would wholeheartedly recommend.”

“Usual super market. Well stocked n well staffed store. Everything u need, u can get from here. Shelves r full of stock. Staff is quite helpful. Been there many times n every time get new experience for their service. It has huge parking area. I like that Indian lady on help desk. Even in this age she is so active. There’s a patrol station just next to it. A pharmacy is inside this Sainsbury’s as well as Argos. Much cleans s tidy store. Even not far from my house”

“Been there first time. Great place for fresh fruit, vegetables & good quality meat. The store is clean n I like shiny floor. Well stocked and good value. Love the fresh bakery. Very helpful staff. Checkouts not too busy. Toilets available for customers. Large cafe area, good value meals and snacks. Big parking space and a garage for fuel. Overall great”

“Wow what a difference today's appointment was to a previous one. I saw 4 lovely, friendly, polite ladies today for an eye test and contact lens check and I also bought new glasses. All were incredibly helpful and demonstrated a good level of empathy after hearing about my previous appointment and awful service. Not going to lie today I was positive I would be cancelling my subscription and finding another optician however, after today I will be staying. Thankyou and we'll done ladies”
