“What an amazing experience we had here at Huck’s. The food was great with really generous portions. I like things plain so I had a lot of things taken off or changed. Our waiter, Rufus, was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a family argument on another table mid-way through dinner, which was great entertainment! They played good music here too. We’d love to return if we come back to Center Parcs”

“Something has changed in recent weeks - think it’s new management. Service times are quicker, staff are more helpful and positive, and the coffee tastes like it should. No idea what’s happened but like it! Thanks for a great experience and delicious cake pops :)”

“I'm possibly biased as I was the Leader of the Council at the time the leisure centre was built. At the time there was a lot of debate whether it should be built or the facilities at the FE college expanded. 30 years on, as a unfit member of the public I think it was definitely the right decision. The facilities are excellent and good value. But what especially makes the centre a wonderful facility are the staff. From reception to pilates to the cleaners to everybody else, the staff are encouraging and lovely.”

“Regular stop with friends before Saint's games on Saturdays. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Can get busy at times. New menu has just started ( September 2024). Would really be useful if the menu could be added to the Facebook page. Prices are good and affordable.”

We were looked after by Millie, who was great, the other servers were all super polite and helpful too. Our food was discounted with a voucher, but even at full price, it was good value. The deals on cocktails and beers were handy too! Overall a very nice meal.”

“My husband and I got dinner at Lakeside and it was lovely! I chose the chicken hunter and my husband got the bacon and cheese burger. It took us only 40 minutes and we enjoyed the view of the lake full of swans. Really lovely place, do not forget to book in advanced!”

“Came in for food on Sunday as carvery. Also had discount code sent through. Waited a little bit in the queue at the bar, but was fine. Carvery looked really good, everything we had was great & guy on carvery was nice. Will be going back again soon”

“First time using this pool and really really impressed! Water nice and warm! Waves great! Not over-crowded and more to do than most other pools in the area! And totally agree with the other reviews about the life guards........ there were loads of them AND they were actually doing their job! Will definitely be making the 30 minute journey from Northampton to come here again! (and really hope the outdoor part does open in the future.....would be the icing on the cake!)”

People need to understand it’s a very very busy place, their ingredients and meats are sourced carefully from the best suppliers, if you want cheap crap food this is not your place, stop leaving negative reviews over minor bullshit. “Out on a bike ride and it’s always hard to find somewhere nice to stop for a quick coffee. Saw the Dragonfly Cafe as I cycled through Harold and after 20 miles on the road a coffee was definitely calling. This is a new cycle route for me and my first visit to the cafe and the staff were pleasant and although I just had a coffee and a slice of toast (very simple) it hit the spot and I had no complaints. Coffee was hot and the toast was perfectly toasted. I sat outside with my bike and it was brought out to me pretty quick. I will be back”

“Enjoyable meal. The restaurant was calm and I was able to choose healthily. The menu has calories. The food was well presented and very tasty. Portions size good. Service was attentive and friendly. The bar was missing the gin I wanted but there were enough alternatives. Also are breakfast here. It was a buffet which was the usual fayre but it had the sturdy waffler maker I used in the US which was nice so I could have something warm and fresh. You can also order omelettes and poached eggs. Would return for dinner.”

“Completed online form & recieved an appointment for 15 days later which I was happy with as it was to have a discussion & not urgent. Have just been to my appointment where I was seen a couple of minutes before my appointment time. The consultation was completed in a relaxed atmosphere. GP was very approachable, informative. & helpful.”
