“I recently had a delightful experience at Jenny's Cafe. The prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for the delicious food they serve. The full English breakfast was a highlight, perfectly prepared and satisfying. The welcoming ambiance and friendly staff added to the overall positive dining experience. Highly recommended for both the budget-conscious and those seeking a tasty breakfast!”
“Never had food, but a good atmosphere, prices are decent by Wellingborough standards. Service is good, but could do with some staff who look a bit friendlier and not like they want to be at home every shift. In town, so a good place to go if you're going about town for a night out. Usually has security during the evening on weekends, so if you look under 25, make sure you bring ID.”
“Great Djs, great music, hilarious security guards! All the staff here was so lovely and we even got a shout out for my mates birthday! The drinks were reasonably priced too. Would definitely go back here again.”
“Been staying here for a few weeks now, due to work, The rooms I have given a 4*, they are clean, spacious and have good showers. Only reason for dropping a star is i have stayed in slightly better premier inns. Staff are friendly, mostly been checked in by soxy, who is great. Friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are really good, full english is not at all greasy and tastes delicious. Pub directly next door so great to pop over.”
“Danielle was very helpful. Festive food was amazing. We went for hubby's 50th birthday and happened to mention it. They brought out a little dessert for him with a candle. A lovely touch. Will definitely come back again.”
“It's been a few years since I last ate at The Narrow Boat, so I was interested to see how they were doing. Very pleasantly suprised. The ambience is much better, bright, warm and airy, a significant improvement. Very good food, tasty, hot and well presented. The staff were very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. Their drinks selection is fairly standard, but this is the first time I've ever come across a draught Majorcan beer, which was excellent. Overall, a super effort, and much improved from my last visit. If, like me, you haven't been for a while, give them a go, you might be pleasantly suprised. Happy to recommend it.”
“Visited today & the poor chap who was the only member of staff in the store was run off his feet. He was so helpful, cheerful & was working so hard. Give him a rise! He had no time to clear up or keep the tables clean bless him, but people should clear their own rubbish anyway. So thank you to that young man for working so hard & still being happy & professional.”
“Nice hotel, very good value and lovely friendly staff. The carvery and breakfast were nice. Not in a central location if that’s what you want but was perfect for my work trip.”
“Popped in for some lunch only to find there was a craft fair going on inside! Couldn't resist doing a bit of xmas shopping whilst waiting for my food. Service was great, food was out quickly and really hit the spot. Will need to follow their socials more so I don't miss the next event they have on!”
“lily h was lovely she had provided a great and welcoming atmosphere as our waitress. Our food was served incredibly quick and her spectacular service deserves a 5 star. She had asked about our food and made jokes with us creating a great experience and laughter”
“It does what it says on the tin , good sturdy breakfast, as much as you want. (Unlimited) Remember to put car registration into console inside for free parking”
“Good atmosphere, busy outlet for good drinks and food!!!Good decent sized breakfast and lunch too!!!Loads of foot traffic in and outs which makes this establishment a great to meet up with friends or family!!! Recommended _kg1production.”
“We last came a few years ago and it was horrendous. This visit couldn't have been more different! Every single member of staff was polite, friendly, helpful, patient and informative. We didn't feel rushed. My elderly Dad was brought a chair when he needed to sit down to finish his drink. My personal highlight was being informed when the people who had ordered carvery should go up, because the rest of the food was coming. The music wasn't too loud, there were clean plates all round - the food was brilliant! The drink and mains discount were the icing on the cake. We love you have a dog friendly section too! There's only one tiny thing I could suggest on improving on, and that's that the glasses for the water opposite the carvery all looked dirty/water marked, but that's being picky. We'll definitely be back, and bringing our rescue dog too! 10/10!”
“The staff are great, really welcoming it's my go to coffee shop :)”
“Went for Saturday morning breakfast as fancied a bit of a treat, and we were not disappointed. Breakfast choice was ample and can definitely recommend the sausages and hash browns! (YUM). Service was rapid and only reason for scoring the atmosphere 4/5 was that the music could have been more up beat than what we heard at the time we were there (but still good to have the background music). Highly recommend.”
“Had a lovely time at the Red lion! The sizzling dishes are a great choice and very delicious. Also had an amazing dessert which is new and the prices are so reasonable. Great service and friendly staff:) Very Christmassy inside!”
“Great place to eat. I've had the carvery twice and it's the best I've ever had. Great prices too. The children's play area is handy to keep the kiddies occupied. Service is usually quite good. Friendly staff.”
“Been going to 360 for nearly 10 years. My kids love it here. The have lots to do and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. On many different occasions they have gone above and beyond. Like Olivia offering to take my son on the dodgems because I couldn't. To Katie always trying to make my shy son smile. Every staff memember is fantastic with the children all around the centre. The management team have always been quick to deal with any issues I have. Liam on the rides is super nice and great with the kids. Food is brought out fairly quickly for a busy place and the coffee beats Costa here.”
“Lovely setting and really nice looking bar and restaurant. Carvary is excellent value and really tasty. A variety of options depending if you just want a small meal or you want to go all out on a massive meal with extra meat and additional items. Irrespective of the size of your meal everything is competitively priced. As with all carvarys you get unlimited veg. The other bonus is they do not hike up the prices behind the bar. Had a great visit and will be returning”
“Very pleasant place! Cheap, fast, and tasty. And when the sun comes out, it feels magical — the large glass panoramic windows fill the whole space with light and warmth. A perfect spot for a delicious breakfast or a morning coffee. Highly recommend!”
“Had breakfast in this traditional British pub - cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and walls filled with historical photos. Great food and a lovely start of the day”

“Food is excellent value for money. Friendly staff, lovely surroundings inside. Is a private dining room for groups too. Variety of tables and booths. Subdued lighting.”
“Decent brunch type place with a good variety of options. Kindly swapped out plum tomatoes for beans, so that’s a plus. Food was tasty.”
“As someone who struggles to eat bread and often misses out on breakfast treats. I’d like to thank the amazing people at frank lees for making me a delicious cheese & mushroom omelette! This deffo needs adding to the menu!! Thank you. X”
“Delivery was fast. The food arrived warm. Everything was delicious, seasoned appropriately, but not overdone. I highly recommend it.”
“Quaint surroundings as this is place of worship. Warm and friendly. Great service .”
“I turned up at the door of Nourish today with 2 under 2’s in the double buggy, a 4 month old strapped to me in the baby carrier and a 4 year old by the hand. I was met by the owner at the door, she helped us all inside, set the kids up to play and put me totally at ease. When the rest of the adults in my party arrived 45 minutes later they brought another baby who needed feeding and my sister was given a warm welcome and a pint of cold water to hydrate her whilst breastfeeding without her even asking. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all but once the kids were settled we had delicious real coffee and chose amazing fresh cake from a great selection while the kids played happily. I would really highly recommend Nourish and although we aren’t local we will definitely find an excuse to visit again. Allergy mamas should be aware there are lots of nuts and peanuts on the menu which did make me a little nervous of the play area but the tables were very clean and the owner had no problem with my allergy son having a snack from home instead of purchasing for him.”
“What a wonderful pub and the atmosphere is brilliant. They make you feel welcomeI will be going there again”
“Nice place for a quiet morning coffee and afternoon tea, and Annie Sloan paint”
