There was a great deal on an ex-display model and she even offered to book an appointment with my parents to try it at a different time, so they didn't feel they'd missed out. “We were after a slat of a double bed. We got a comparatively suitable size, though not exact one Yesterday. We reached at the shop just less than an hour of the store closing time. It had to be cut in to the required size. They haven’t had the machine to cut it. But a store assistant Molly helped us in cutting it manually for us. Martin, another assistant was also helpful for us in navigating some other products we wanted.”

“I went twice in a week to Netherfield branch. The first time was for advice, which I received from the lovely Kerren. On my second visit I was quite anxious about choosing kitchen cupboards,doors etc. I hoped Kerren would be there again. She was! Kerren and Karen B helped me navigate what I needed. Being Neurodivergent I struggle making decisions and at times panic. I flapped a few times and sat down to gather myself, Kerren and KarenB helped put me at ease and supported and helped me with my choices. I had financial limits so their help was really needed. I gave my thanks and said that I really appreciated their help. If it were not for them I'd probably still be crying about my unfinished kitchen. “Staff in store are helpful and while you can no longer explore their five basements of back stock, ask if you're looking for something specific and they will do all they can to help you find it. Keep checking back as stock changes every few days. Keep in mind if you have it delivered staff are volunteers and it might show up with an extra scratch and unassembled, if that bothers you it's best to arrange your own collection.”

We recently had to have our kitchen pulled out unexpectedly due to water damage and Bethan was so flexible and helpful at working with us to get the quotes sorted for the insurance company before fully diving into designing our new dream kitchen and utility room. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted in my head and Bethan worked with me to design exactly what I wanted but used her amazing eye for layout and design to improve the flow of our kitchen so so much. She was so patient with me while I figured out what exactly I wanted and turned around designs so quickly. When it came down to instillation the lovely Gary popped round to do our survey and he was so knowledgeable and helpful with answering all the questions we had to prep the space for instillation. On instillation day as the cabinets were being unloaded it was like each piece was an individual beautiful piece of furniture that were then all slotted together so skillfully by the very talented Richard who was so thorough and made sure every little thing was perfect. He was so friendly and an absolute delight to have in our home for the install. As they designed a new kitchen for me there were a few little niggles in the process, which is to be fully expected when doing any remodel, but the customer service was incredible and it was all sorted out asap. Now that the kitchen is finished I am overwhelmed by not only how beautiful it is, but also by the quality of my spectacular new kitchen! Everything feels solid and like it will last a lifetime. I also love that if I get bored of it in 10 years time they offer a service where they can spray your doors a new colour so if you feel like you want to change things up you can. I honestly could not recommend them more. Every step of the way the team has been phenomenal and I’m over the moon with my dream kitchen!”
