The host was absolutely amazing, so friendly and actually checks in on you whilst doing the escape room to offer help if you need it. “My daughter & her fiancé had their engagement party at The Custom House. Beautiful venue , fabulous location, right on the Barbican . Large function room with bar. The staff are very helpful & friendly. A massive thank you , in particular to Levi , who goes above & beyond. He accommodated all of our requests, to see the venue , when we could go in , as we put up decorations etc etc . He was there on the night (& the next morning ) , to make sure everything went perfectly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue.”

I was after a pair of climbing shoes for my son, I don't have any knowledge of the sport so I needed assistance. Ollie was kind, professional and patient with my son. He gave good advice and was so lovely to deal with. We came away with a pair of climbing shoes and a few other bits and bobs! Young girl with dark hair was particularly great with my 2 young girls, made sure they got a turn on the bouncy trampolines and did backflips with one of them which she loved!! Thank you staff here are always great and interact with the kids”

“We visited for the mini mountaineers+ session with my 3 year old son & 5 year old nephew. The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. After the extensive safety briefing, the staff then circled around the climbing areas offering advice, helping where necessary, and generally being great. One of them saw my 3 year old was struggling with the confidence to trust the rope & after he had climbed to return to the mat safely and so he demonstrated it by climbing him self and falling back with the rope safely returning him to the ground, acts like this made the difference. The selection of walls was great, the fact as an adult you were able to be inside the climbing area to help and support your toddler was great. Would highly recommend and this is something we will do regularly. By the end of the session my son was absolutely loving it, he went from being nervous to confident during this one session.”

“We had an over night sailing from Plymouth to Roscoff. The outside cabin was perfect. Comfortable beds, en suite with tea and coffee making equipment and biscuits even a TV. Return trip was a day time sailing. We sat on deck and enjoyed the sunshine. Very well organised efficient embarking at both of the ports. Excellent service all round.”

The second I walked in I didn’t feel as though I wasn’t welcome the receptionists were brilliant cheacking if I would like a drink and being so welcoming, we were met with the lovely sales executive Josh what a phenomenal sales executive a real credit to the brand and I was also met with the used car controlled Todd who was just as lovely. As a brand so high as Mercedes they don’t treat you any less of a person both amazing! Thank you for such an amazing experience!”
