“I was browsing online for some walking boots and found the perfect pair and they were available at my local mountain warehouse store. Now I've always found it funny there's a mountain warehouse in an area with no mountains but still the staff were very knowledgable and friendly and assisted me with my purchase. They even have lift asccess fort disdabled customers which I appreciated as I'm not great with stairs. Overall a very happy experience and I'm sure it won't be the last purchase I make.”

“Every time I have been in this shop I have found the perfect item that I've been looking for whether it be boot socks or a snood or a base layer set that was generously reduced overt £30 from original price and let me tell you I went in again today and bought one for my friend as it is so warming and comfortable. The staff are not only knowledgable but also really friendly and chatty. I've not been upstairs yet but I'm sure it won't be long before I'm back in store finding my next perfect purchase.”

“Reviews for Google - Evans for Rit our repairman. Excellent and very professional welcome by Rit. Our tandem needed a repair for the disc brake (rear wheel). Very quickly, Rit realised our need. He gave us r-v 30 minutes later. Again, professional gesture to find out if we were OK with his choices for the (veiled) disc, namely to change it for another range. Perfect adjustment then, with force comments to make sure we understand the problem and how to solve it. Thank you very much, Rit, for this professional work.”
