“This was our second visit to this pub and we all enjoyed the experience very much. The food was first class with a good variety of pub classics. The pies are exceptional but then so is everything else. As a walking group we arrived wet and cold and the welcome was lovely. The staff worked hard to ensure we had a good experience. For me HSB and London Pride work really well and set me up for a first class lunch. Well worth a visit and fairly priced for good sized portions.”

“I often visit the Queens Hotel to have a coffee (or something stronger). It is such a beautiful venue & the staff are lovely. We recently had afternoon tea there & it was truly fabulous. Myself & my friend both needed the food to be gluten free and as such we were pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. There was more than plenty so we had a take home box each too. The team were friendly and helpful both on the day & when we phoned to discuss gluten free options. A great experience that I would recommend to anyone.”

“Called the store earlier in the day to reserve two Pink Linen shirts for a wedding in Greece! Spoke with Amela who put them aside. When I got to the store, Amela was so attentive and helpful! She made it her mission to get me a shirt and socks to match! The socks were not in stock, but she ordered them to my home address! She gave me loads of shirt options! It was like having a personal shopper! Can’t tell you how good the experience was! Purchased pink linen shirt and socks that match and a black leather woven belt to complement the outfits! Highly recommend!”

“Had both motorcycle tyres changed here. Was a very good experience, I booked and paid a very good price online for a next day appointment. Turned up and the guy only took an hour to have them changed and balanced. The mechanic seemed very experienced knowledgeable and was very friendly. Would def come here again. I do wish the business invested in a dynamic balancer for motorcycle wheels rather than the static balancer.”

“I led a wedding ceremony here and the staff were lovely. Its modern and big and run very well its a good set up and I had a great time. Oli the operations manager was lovely and knows his stuff and was very helpful. The wedding ceremony went so well I would definitely work with them again in the future.”

“This facility in the hotel in open until 10pm. We can't fault this pool, when we went we were the only people in there so had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is shallow enough to touch the floor at both ends so much safer for children & nonswimmers like myself. The hottub was lovely too, only downside is the staff have to turn it on from behind their desk so you may have to wait until they see you in there or go find someone. The Sauna & Steamroom also really great. At the time we visited, the showers in the changing rooms had no hot water buy we simply showered on our rooms before & after instead, complimentary towels are always offered to hotel guests, simply ask at reception.”

“I used this brilliant Premier Inn after arriving at Portsmouth on a ferry from Spain. Very close to the terminal and a nice and convenient place to stay before driving home the next day. Staff very helpful and friendly. An excellent night's stay. Going to use again in October.”

“Great customer service. Bought some boots 3 months ago from the store in Worthing. Unfortunately the sole split from the shoe. I went in to exchange them and they didn't had any in stock but within 4 days they got some in and exchanged it without any trouble.”

“Never been on a ferry until this day.Easy directions to the terminal, checking in straight forward. One thing to note , should you wish to take additional fuel with you, you only take 5litres..Or you have to get rid of it.You will not be allowed to board. 20litres and the Gerry can was left with a builder nearby..He was happy, we not so. Excellent crossing, breakfast pretty good.Staff real pleasant to interact with.”

“Pool temperature & atmosphere is lovely, the separate male / female saunas are a lovely touch. Plenty of class options , the gym is never too busy , I am always able to use the equipment I want/need. Being able to grab a decent coffee is also a win. Staff are polite & attentive.”

Lead by a very capable Erin on the front desk and backed up by the amazing Lisa in the dining room.
