“The staff were super helpful & friendly, great store!”
“One of the best Asian Superstore I can find everything what I need. Best customer service. I must say they give great training to their staff regarding customer service. Cashiers of this store knew the meaning of customers.Highly recommended store”
“What a great Supermarket with great product and even Santa Clause to welcome you at Christmas time at the entrance.”
“Huge supermarket surrounded by other stores in a vast Carpark . Very close to M4, we have a 7metre long camper vehicle but we were able to navigate the access without difficulty”
“Excellent location. Convenient and large, with especially amazing selection of beers, coders, wines and liquor. If you have any favourite flavour or brand. Chances are good you’ll find it here, paired with rare and unusual crisps. Produce and meats are fresh and plentiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of self-checkout lines really cut down on waiting times. The only downside is the price - slightly higher overall than other stores in the area, but worth it for the quality and sortiment.”
“Recent visit to pic up a Christmas door werth and lights. Which came to less that a fiver. Picked up some rechargeable battery's as well for a few pound to!”
“Annual lambing weekends are brilliantly organised without being over supervised. It's up to you how much you want to do and for now long around the lambing areas. And if you ever have had enough of cuddling young lambs and watching the new borns, then there's the farm play area and cafe ... and the tempting farm shop. A wonderful family time.”
“A typical Waitrose & Partners store. The shopping experience was great especially with the Scan and Shop and the store was immaculate.”
“Great location and helpful staff. If you want a better selection obviously go to a bigger store.”
“Always a great place to shop. Quality products and very keenly priced. We rarely shop anywhere else these days.”
“Lovely food, always my go to for a treat. Nicely laid out and a good selection. The short stay car park outside the door is a bit of a nightmare so, if you don't mind walking a couple of hundred metres more, it's a lot less hassle to use the long stay parking.”
“When trying to do the stressful Christmas food shop, I was really impressed with the staff, really helpful and friendly. I visit this store regularly and the staff are alway really good.”
“Clean shop. Good choice of wines. Que at the till was soon cleared as more staff came to the till. Staff were busy filling shelves. Great multiskilling demonstrated here.”
“Great little store and always yes pleasant staff behind the tills and serving. It may not have everything or be perfect but very convenient and the co op mid-counties products can very premium and decent quality you can also find in other stores.”
“Always friendly staff. Clean, well stocked”
“The guys in the shop are always polite, friendly and helpful, also super convenient opening times.”
“Wonderful shop. The store manager Michaela was so wonderful, friendly and helpful during my visits. So disappointed to hear she’s leaving the company. Staff member Ella is also fantastic, and wonderful at her job. Lovely to see their smiling faces on my most recent trip in.”
“Very convenient, good selection of stuff at good prices for a petrol station as well as nice staff”
“This place has been a community stalwart for decades. It may have changed hands over the years but it's the same friendly service. Great for those forgotten shopping essentials and they are even a pick-up point for your UPS packages.”
“Variety of food and beverages and bake at home from the frozen section fresh orange juice machine coffee machine lots of local produce very friendly staff”
“Lovely little Co-op. We loved shopping here when we visited this cute town. They have a large selection of about anything you would need. The staff was very helpful.”
“Small store, but helpful when you’re in a pinch. Prices are likely to be cheaper than most retailers but don’t go in expecting a specific product. I come in occasionally for a snack and drink on the go.”
“This is an excellent shop! The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, and gives fantastic customer service. This shop gives a real sense of community to the neighbourhood. Also, this Nisa has a very good range of products for a convenience store, and is more economical than other similar shops. I highly recommend this shop.”
“I had a recent problem with a faulty product and was getting nowhere online but the team at Argos, particularly Lilly, were super helpful and sorted it with no fuss.”
“The staff are absolutely amazing here, so so friendly with my children and so helpful.”
“Very organised, good variety and nice staff.”
“Always find a bargain or two here, whether clothing or household. Ironing is my least favourite job and the bedding bought here is a dream, wash dry & back on the bed without creasing. Not tumble dried. Always get complimented on my dresses purchased here too, fit true to size.”
“Renga and Emily were really helpful in store today, polite and professional!”
“Wanted to call out the excellent customer service we received today . We were served by Tia. We returned some faulty toddler joggers - leg seam was not stitched properly. without any issue -Tia dealt with us politely and professionally. Went to find another pair in the stockroom and exchange was completed. Many thanks Next and Tia”
“Forgot a couple of items so popped in to see if I could get them here. Surprisingly this smaller branch of Sainsbury's had more available items than the larger store in Friar Street. I have been back several times now instead of using the 'main' store. Staff are friendly and helpful and store is clean. They also have a hot food section. I have not bought from it as it is always closed when I go in, so cannot comment on what is offers.”
