Alex was friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my bike, explained everything clearly, and gave honest advice about what needed to be done. The service was carried out efficiently and to a really high standard, my bike now rides smoother. I’d highly recommend Decathlon for anyone needing bike repairs or servicing.”

“I have only positive things to say about Sportfish; both the online team (specifically Toni) and the in-store team (specifically Robin) have been fantastic. Toni from the online team went above and beyond to liaise with the in-store team for a replacement part for a previous order of mine, saving a planned fishing trip + lesson. Robin has been a wealth of knowledge and a tremendous help in getting me started in fly fishing. From detailed product information to general casting advice (when I was having issues I couldn't diagnose), any question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. She genuinely cares, approached every customer crossing through the doors and is an absolute credit to your shop!”

“I bought a pair of Blowfish boots from the shop back in October. After only 4 months, I noticed that the sole was coming away on one of them. I no longer had my receipt but I was encouraged to get in contact with the shop. The lady on the phone quickly identified the date when I purchased the boots, which correlated with my own credit card records. She said that she had one pair of identical boots left and they were in my size! She told me to come in and bring my boots with me and exchange them for the new pair despite no longer having the receipt. What excellent service! I would highly recommend this business. I have also brought some jewellery from there in the past too as presents and have been pleased with the quality and thought that it was good value for money.”

“Halfords replaced my headlight bulbs at the start of the year and I was gutted when they went again. I popped back into Halfords Bracknell on my way home to get them fixed. They told me that there was a 1 year warranty and I was entitled to a free replacement. They said the extra bright bulbs I had fitted originally may be the issue for the short life span, and offered long life bulbs as a replacement fitted for free. The guys I spoke to were friendly, helpful and highly competent. Within minutes I was on the road with lights working and singing their phrases. Don't worry about spending a fortune at main dealers, get yourself down to Halfords, Bracknell.”
