“Did a gait analysis today to buy some trainers for knee pain when walking and was very impressed. The lady that conducted it was very knowledgeable and kind. First I was given a pair of 'neutral' trainers to wear and asked to roll up my jeans so that the camera could see my ankles. Then I was asked to get on the treadmill, turn it on and increase the speed until I was at a slow jog. After I'd jogged for about 30 seconds I was told to stop it and was then shown the resulting video which showed that my gait was definitely overpronated. I was then asked to choose a show from the stability range and the lady quickly went round the back and got my size. We repeated the exercise and you could see this time that my calves were much better aligned. The whole thing only took 15 minutes and I was incredibly impressed with how smooth and efficient it all was.”

The lady who served me was incredibly polite and professional, making the process smooth and quick, even with the holiday rush. She had everything ready for me, and the whole experience was stress-free. I appreciated how efficient and friendly she was, especially at such a busy time of year. “Always an amazing experience at the Bagshot clinic. Hillary is amazing, always precise, gentle and has positive energy. We've had two pregnancies all with WTTW Bagshot. A little shout out to Charlotte, always looking after us and has been amazing throughout all our appointments. We feel very comfortable within the clinic, everyone is friendly and polite. It's clean and we have always been happy with the results. They have a playroom which our son loves playing in whilst waiting, perfect little touch within the clinic. Only down fall is the gift/accessories are overpriced in my opinion and could be improved.”

“I hadn't been for 30 years and went today for some new court shoes. What a lovely experience. I forget their names but the two gents that served me were very attentive and knowledgeable which is a breath of fresh air. They also encouraged my 3 year old to try some kids rackets by hitting balls into the net to keep him occupied. Will always get my stuff from here from now on. Yes, possibly cheaper online but I had a full fitting experience which you don't get ordering online. Thanks again.”
