“This place is fantastic. As someone with osteoarthritis in both feet who's had various surgeries I needed stiff soled shoes but didn't want anything that looked too old fashioned. The shop is packed with choices of everything from slippers to wellies, trainers, formal and everyday shoes and the owner could not have been more helpful. I will definitely be back and they will be my first port of call for any footwear I need in future. The shop also sells a great range of leather purses, wallets, belts and even recycled leather goods. There are a huge range of insoles and socks, all under one roof. I really can't praise it highly enough. It's a gem of a shop!”

“Popped in for a zip repair and had it repaired in super fast time. Really honest and fantastic advice on the repair. Will definitely recommend. These little independent specialist shops are true gems and needed in communities so keep using them.”

“Always an amazing experience at the Bagshot clinic. Hillary is amazing, always precise, gentle and has positive energy. We've had two pregnancies all with WTTW Bagshot. A little shout out to Charlotte, always looking after us and has been amazing throughout all our appointments. We feel very comfortable within the clinic, everyone is friendly and polite. It's clean and we have always been happy with the results. They have a playroom which our son loves playing in whilst waiting, perfect little touch within the clinic. Only down fall is the gift/accessories are overpriced in my opinion and could be improved.”

“I hadn't been for 30 years and went today for some new court shoes. What a lovely experience. I forget their names but the two gents that served me were very attentive and knowledgeable which is a breath of fresh air. They also encouraged my 3 year old to try some kids rackets by hitting balls into the net to keep him occupied. Will always get my stuff from here from now on. Yes, possibly cheaper online but I had a full fitting experience which you don't get ordering online. Thanks again.”

“Kind and very knowledgable staff. I visited after getting caught in a storm on a hiking trip. The staff saw how shook up I was and offered me a towel to dry off. They then helped me select a great quality pair of shoes, which were very comfortable and perfect for the weather conditions/terrain ahead. “Went to Slaters in Reading to find a suit for my son to go to a wedding. There are so many suits to choose from and ties, shirts, shoes! Everything we could want. We were helped by a lady called Ellen who was fabulous. She didn't crowd us but was very helpful and attentive. She helped fit a suit.. my son was between sizes so Ellen pinned the jacket and waistcoat. Trousers also adjusted for length. I will go back and pick up the altered/tailored suit in a week or so. Alterations are FREE!! Fabulous experience overall. Suits cost around £150, for a tailored suits - that's amazing.”
