“This is a friendly store with a good range of goods though the choice is necessarily restricted because of the limited space available. In spite of that there is a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy and bakery products and wine. Most household items such as those for cleaning and washing etc. are stocked. There are surprising omissions. No Paxo stuffing or Smash, for example, and there is no Parmesan - only the powered stuff. Overall, a very welcoming and useful place to shop for life's essentials.”

“Manager organised my stay after some confusion on my part with dates. Martin was so helpful and stayed in email contact until it was corrected. Receptionist (didn't get her name) was fantastically friendly and effective, she had lots to deal with and got it all done in a very easy manner. The room was clean and tidy. I had a full sized bath, it felt so luxurious compared to the shower or small baths you get elsewhere. No cafe or restaurant on site but again the receptionist was very well informed and had plenty of suggestions before I checked Google. I would definitely stay again for the customer service and room quality. I was too busy enjoying it to take any pictures.”
