“This practice is just wonderful - from the Reception team, and the nurses to the vets. They listen to any concerns around your pet, offer treatment options and a clear pricing print out for you to consider at home. Really glad to have found Falkland vets.”
“Took my 12 week old Cocker spaniel Murphy in for his second set of vaccinations. I was a bit anxious as he has never been to a vet with me before but he absolutely loved it there, the ladies on reception made such a fuss of him and he was lapping it up. Hamid the vet was very professional and I’m not sure if Murphy actually realised that he’d been vaccinated his tail never stopped wagging . Future care was discussed with me and I’m pleased to know that Murphy will be in good hands.”
“I cannot recommend Helen enough! Our rescue gets very stressed with change so it was important for us to have someone who she’d like and who we can trust to take good care of her when we’re at work. She immediately felt at home at Helen’s and sees Helen’s place as her second home. All the dogs there are well socialised with each other and have great dynamics, they’re all best pals. We went through a few doggy day cares and we’ve never felt fully comfortable leaving our girl there, with Helen we’re completely at ease.”
“I went in and looked at the guinea pigs while my dog was getting groomed. It was done by a lovely little sweetcorn called Laura!”
“Stayed for a night and it was very convenient and comfortable. The staff were nice and polite too which made the overall stay actually pretty pleasant for the first time staying at a hotel. Me and my girlfriend also found it helpful that the services were just across from the hotel too ;3”
“I transferred to this vet around 4 or 5 years ago during a very stressful time with my cat (he was very sick) after I wasn't fully satisfied with the care at my previous vets. Honestly, it was one of the hardest years of my life, and they truly did all they could to help and support both my darling Finnian and myself. Sadly, I did lose him to an unknown illness, but I will always owe that extra year I got with him to this amazing group of people. He had to be put down in the early hours of the morning during lockdown and saying goodbye to him in the car park knowing how scared he must have been was the absolute worst thing but I know he was so loved and cared for by the team until the very end. I can not thank the everyone at Donnigton and Eastcot vets enough. I will continually proudly take all my pets to them, knowing they will always get the best care. You should all be very proud of what you are achieving, simply outstanding.”
“Firstly I’m so sorry I haven’t reviewed sooner. We’ve been taking our little dog here for the last two years and it’s always fabulous. Our dog can be a tad nervous but the team at Hair Off the Dog always make him feel at ease during nail clips and hair cuts! Exemplary service with the bonus of smiles and laughter every time we go in. I cannot recommend them enough. Support this wonderful gem of a local business by taking your dog here.”
“Absolutely fantastic with my dog Bruno, he spent a whole day there to have his teeth done and on picking him up he was extremely calm and wagging his tail to say goodbye to everyone, staff where wonderful with him and contacted me a few times throughout the day. I was very impressed with their care including the reception staff, everyone fantastic.”
“Brilliant little find on the way back up north from the coast; lovley menu with items you won't find in the average pub. Food was fantastic, the pork rolled roast being a total hit with me .. this would be our regular if we weren't 3hrs away ..”
“This is a great place for a family day out, reasonable ticket price. Clean soft play area suitable for kids between 6-10 years old. Animals barn , tractor trailer, bouncing pillow and the whole park is huge! There is food counter as well, the price is reasonable in terms of a theme park. Last but not least, the staff are so friendly and you can see they keep empty the rubbish bins to keep the place tidy and clean.”
“My family, friends, and I had a great time. We were staying for a wedding nearby at The Old Mill, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. The food was fantastic, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend!”
“Chris is an excellent groomer, super professional in all ways. 25kg labradoodle groom.”
“I stayed here for one night. It is clean and cosy B&B. The ohners are friendly and welcoming. Cooked English breakfast was great. I definitely recommend this place.”
