“Fantastic value carvery. Front of house greeted us very politely and was told unfortunately only turkey was available, which was okay as I hadn’t booked a table in advance. Service was swift and very friendly. Food was very nice and well prepared and served. Was offered a complimentary desert due to the lack of meat options. Will definitely come back if back in the area.”

“The food is to be expected for a hungry horse. However, unlike other hungry horses, the atmosphere and the staff are fantastic. We use the soft play area quite a lot and we see Judith nearly every time we go she is amazing with the kids and super friendly.”

“Had a really lovely time in store sheltered from the rain with my dog. This is our favourite spot for coffee my the park. Staff greeted us straight away. They made recommendations on my coffee order that really improved the taste of the caramel. This is my favourite Starbucks in the city!”

“I really enjoy shopping at Tesco – the store is always clean, well-organized, and spacious, which makes the whole experience very comfortable. One of the best things is the large parking area, which means I never have trouble finding a spot, even during busy hours. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s always a wide selection of fresh products and daily essentials. Highly recommend for a stress-free shopping trip!”

“We come every week after our hike in the peak district. Therefore we get the special offer of 2 meals for £13.99. The gammon is our favourite you get a large piece with egg, chips and peas. This is washed down with a pint of Morretti and a Gin & Tonic just what we need after our long walk. Fast service with polite staff who come and check if everything is okay.”

“Went in for a family meal. Not sure what to expect with previous reviews but couldn’t fault the food. Turkey Sunday roast was huge and had a proper homemade Yorkshire pudding. All 5 of us had different things but the stand out was the steak and ale pie and homemade chips on the hunters chips. Beware huge portion sizes. If that’s ok then head out for food. Compliments to the chef”
