“Classic British cafe, freshly cooked English breakfast (lovely Black Pudding as an extra) with a decent cup of Yorkshire tea or coffee, as you like Very good value, I wonder how they can charge so little? Would definitely try one of there home made pies for lunch as well!”

“Updated: I contacted El Greco and they apologised and issued a full refund I accept that delivery is handled by another company (I ordered through the El Greco App). As I have always received good service and food in the past, I have changed my review to 5 stars to reflect the usual standard. Thank you for resolving my issue. I usually love this place, but I'm pretty furious tonight. Ordered for delivery through the app at 8.40pm. App told me it had been prepared and out for delivery at 9, with expected delivery at 9.20. At 9.45 I called up, but no answer because they'd closed. App still said food was being delivered. At 10, the app updated to say the order was complete. I'd been charged £15, but no food and very hungry by this point. I gave my phone number in the delivery instructions in case there were any problems. Clearly the place had closed earlier than 11pm, as advertised on the website. I confirmed this when I walked into Broomhill at 10.15pm for an emergency take out. I would expect there to be someone to answer the phone until the last deliveries have been made, in case there are issues, even if they have closed early. Not a happy bunny!”

“Great sit-down fry-up for £5 including toast and tea. Dead easy to get off and back on the motorway... why would I go to the services and pay over double for inferior quality? Homemade cakes looked great.”

“Wow dont know where some of these reviews are for but not the same place I've been. Been a few times and been lovely so decided to take my service users in the minibus and have a treat. They and staff had different preferences from fish to sausage to pies. All really enjoyed them and ate nearly all. Was well worth the 1.5 hrs round trip. Will defo be going again. Staff were really nice despite throwing 10 orders at them at once. Has for the review about staff eating in the back, if I worked there I'd be having my food onside. Thanks”

“Parking available outside the takeaway for a few cars. The menu offers a good variety. The set meals are brilliant and are ample. The food is nice and tends not to be really greasy. Really fast service. They are able to deliver to within their delivery area.”

“Best place to eat in our area, 3 generations are able to eat here and even my dad likes it (he's a retired 1/2 Hungarian chef, who likes 3 places in the whole of Barnsley) As a disabled single mother, I struggle finding places to eat that I feel comfortable in. But the staff here not only accommodate every odd request my toddler makes but helps me in and out of the cafe with my pushchair This cafe is disability friendly and they are always happy to help if they can”

“Great takeaway, win one of the best burgers in Sheffield. Having lived in Sheffield for 13 years have tried our fair share of takeaway burgers. These guys are definitely up there. The bread is something else and the toppings were fresh and delicious. A mountain of chips to accompany, which were on the cold side, but will let that slide! Definitely recommend!”

“Visiting Mansfield for first time in many years due to a recent family bereavement, and found Lucy’s cafe very close to the bus station. Staff were really friendly, and nice welcoming feeling. Had a couple of really nice coffees, and some breakfast, all of which were lovely. Service was friendly and welcoming. Stopped by the following weekend when visiting again and will do so again when I’m next in town visiting my grandma.”

“I had the mixed pork and chicken gyro with fries the fries the crispy on the outside and soft in the inside . The gyro was absolutely sublime so fresh and the were so tender highly recommend coming here”
