βAfter researching on google for Rayburn dealers I found Norton to be extremely helpful. They were very informative on the telephone when I rang for further information. I subsequently ordered from them and again found them very helpful especially as delivery to my address often proves difficult. They went out of their way to organise an appropriate delivery and the delivery driver was very accommodating and helpful even though he had a challenge finding our address. Norton treated me with respect and made me feel my order was important to them, this is sadly lacking with some companies. I would recommend Norton to friends and family and definitely use them again.β

βFirst visit to Ranmoor Bawarchi since it changed from Ranmoor Tandoori and we were not disappointed. We booked a table for 26 people to celebrate a birthday and we had a fantastic night. The team were amazing, and the service was impeccable. Despite the size of our party, we never waited long for drinks, all our food came out together and it was delicious, and when it came to settling the bill the team were really helpful. The interior of the restaurant has had a serious glo-up and looks lovely, which has massively improved the atmosphere and ambiance. βSome say rather disparagingly that its ONLY a Spoons - albeit a rather well run one! Well what's wrong with drinks half the price of many local bars & restaurants - not to mention their good hearty, great value food? The bar staff are brilliant: very friendly and almost 100% warm and welcoming. The pub has great character and is a typical well executed Spoons bank conversion. Fascinating historic photos of the area are displayed and the pub boasts three toilets including a downstairs disabled. There's also an outside patio drinking/smoking area which is great in the summer. For a city centre pub it is surprising there are so many regulars who come from miles around - so the "Bankers" must be doing something right! There's lots of banter filling the downstairs bar. I accept that downstairs can be quite boisterous at times (what do you expect in a cosmopolitan city centre pub!) but the upstairs mezzanine bar is much quieter with books, a fire and a view!β

βI cannot fault Harvey's one bit. Right from entering the Mansfield store, the sales assistants were helpful without being pushy and I felt at ease to browse at my own leisure. When I finally decided on the Ashmore sofa, Steve was nothing but helpful. The process of purchasing the sofa and arranging delivery was quick and simple. As promised, I received a call around 5 weeks later to confirm my delivery date. I then recieved a text 48 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm my time slot. I also received a phone call on the morning of delivery to confirm a more precise time slot, and again 5 minutes before it arrived. The delivery drivers were fantastic, they were respectful of my home and used shoe covers when inside. They also placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. All whilst being friendly and chatty. I am delighted with my purchase, it is fantastic quality and even better than I remembered it to be in store. I would absolutely use Harvey's again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.β
