“Absolutely love my new wardrobes. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. James came out to see me to measure up and discuss options bringing all samples with him so I could see what matched my room and furniture. Fully bespoke. And gave me a price on the day. He encouraged me to visit his showroom before placing an order which I have done and the moment I did I wanted to place that order. I did shop around and I’ve also visited homes of people that have had them gotten by this company before and see photographs and James Kilner comes highly recommended and now I know why. I have had quotes and plans from many other well known specialists but JK were by far better quality, better service, and offered more than expected. The fitting team were brilliant guys very cheerful, respectful and excellent in their craft. My wardrobes look like they have always been there. Precision measurement and quality. I have also had a neighbour round to look at them with a view to buying some. All fitted in about half a day with then the electrician and carpet fitter to complete. I am over the moon in love with them. Please go and see the quality in the showrooms and get a quote. The customer service and the manner in which I was treated played a heavy role in why I chose this company also. And that is a massively different experience I’ve had from other companies. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you James and Thankyou to your team they are just fabulous and I love my wardrobes. :-) Highly recommend !! Product is Cashmere and Mirror with Satin frames.”

“Lived in this place for a year now. Had it’s ups and downs when moving into the building, however that was expected seeing as we were the first tenants in the flat. But when the new manager of the building took over, it changed a lot and things started to pick up and get fixed, he’s been helpful and a lot more organised at sorting the building issues out! Overall the flats are bright and well set out. The carparking area is secured and spacious and key fob accessed. It’s be a great place to live for my final year of uni!”

“We are really happy we choose Square Kitchens based at Ponsford, Sheffield, to design & fit our new kitchen & utility area. Our kitchen was completed in December 2024, but we waited a while before submitting this review, just to see if there were any issues that needed attention after the install, but everything has been fine. Jen helped us with all aspects of the kitchen design and nothing was too much trouble for her from start to finish. The building/electrical/plumbing work & fitting were all done to a very high standard and small changes/requests along the way were incorporated to give us our ideal kitchen. We can thoroughly recommend Square Kitchens at Ponsford if you want a quality kitchen.”

Super soft towels, quality bed linen, a fully set dining table, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, fresh milk, juice, fizz, brownies, we were truly spoilt. Immaculately clean and so well equipped. Top notch accommodation, ten out of ten.”

I particularly wanted Thomas Crapper toilet, and I found Fairfax & Porter to be one of their retailers. Jayne made the whole process extremely easy: she took care of my entire order, and sourced the taps I was struggling to find for the basin. I found her extremely professional, totally reliable and easy to communicate with. She has also arranged a plumber to complete the job and he was absolutely brilliant. Unparalleled in the quality of sushi, it is obvious that the chefs in this restaurant works hard to ensure their dishes were prepared carefully and correctly in accordance to the ingredients.
