“I am a big fan of Waitrose offering free coffee as a jesture not just to their customers but to their local community. Many people like me will do some shopping here not just because it saves 3 pounds on a coffee bit because it makes you feel welcome, valued and part of a community rather than just another anonymous customer. Food is surprisingly competively priced and veg is better quality for same price as anywhere.”

“As always for the range stores. Absolutely something for everyone of any age. The craft section is what I specifically went in for but couldn’t help having a wander around. Loads of craft items, I found everything I was looking for (and more)! All well organised and easy to find. Staff were helpful and efficient when needed. Store was kept in a generally clean and tidy state. Would definitely recommend and no doubt we will be visiting the store again!”

“I had a really good experience at this Co-op shop and petrol station. The diesel was priced fairly compared to other local stations, which was a pleasant surprise. The pumps were easy to use and the forecourt was clean and well maintained. Inside, the shop was well stocked with all the essentials and a few nice extras too, making it convenient to grab groceries at the same time. Staff were friendly, efficient, and happy to help, which made the visit even better. Quick, easy, and good value – exactly what you want from a petrol stop. I’ll definitely be returning here regularly.”

“Great value for the money on private rooms. Booked here with a short notice (I believe 4 days) and managed to grab a private room for a few days. Staff was really helpful on the first day, facilities are in good condition and the places is well kept and clean. Options in the kitchen for food were plenty and it was always between decent and clean. No rotten food in the fridge!!! I swear it's the first time I find a fridge without rotten food. Not even in the office where there is always someone's pizza from the previous week. Props on that to the staff and guests. My only complaint with my room was that I could hear other guests walking and cooking all the time. So a bit uncomfortable if you are sleeping extra early and have a light sleep. Location can be a bit inconvenient depending on where you want to go and how much you like a steep hill for an entrance. But Sheffield is all about those hills, so that'd be an issue with the city as a whole.”

“Perfect. Sef and Shaan were amazing hosts. Room was great. Really quiet location and perfect for a half way stay from Norfolk on the way up to the lake district. And the breakfast was lovely. You've got to try the granola, yoghurt, honey and fruit breakfast. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning. Thanks”

“Had our kitchen fitted , Fantastic professional service from start to finish Alex and Danny helped bring our dream kitchen to life. With lots of touches we had not even considered. They provided a bespoke service from sites visits and measurements checked every step of the way. Communication great with updates from Sian and quality products and competitive prices. Alex came out and checked we were happy with everything after the kitchen was fitted Sian sorted and registered all our guarantees for the appliances. Would not hesitate to recommend and we would definitely use the company again.”

“Loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and so unique, loved the decor. We stayed in the superior king room. The owners are lovely and their dogs are very well behaved and friendly. Breakfast was nice too. There's a town within walking distance to go out for food and drinks. If we're ever back in Mansfield we'd definitely stay here again.”

“A delightful campsite adjacent to the Sherwood Pines visitor centre in a tranquil location. Friendly staff at reception, who pass you on to a team member on the site who help you decide on a suitable pitch based on your preference. There's a central block with toilets, showers, laundry and dog wash facilities. There's also a children's play area and a bike maintenance and wash facility so you can clean your bike after a ride. The campsite is surrounded by woodland with hiking trails and mountain bike trails, there's also plenty of wildlife in the area. The prices are a bit on the high side but it's a very well maintained site in a great location so worth paying that bit extra for. Would come back again, particularly in the off season when it's very peaceful.”

“Highly recommend! I needed a taxi for urgent vet trip on Christmas eve of all days. Had to be specifically one with a ramp as dog can't jump in anymore. Driver was happy to fit me in at the time I needed and arrived at the time I required. The price was pretty reasonable considering what day it is. Also massive thank you to the driver who was patient when getting her in the car as sometimes she refuses. Also very greatful to the driver for waiting while we were in the vets. After 10 minutes the vet had still not seen us so driver agreed to wait. Another 10 mins and still had not been seen but he continued to wait and then once out of the appointment the receptionists were taking a while to sort the meds and the driver decided to wait just a little bit longer as he knew we would struggle to find a taxi that would take us after that. Thank you so much, really appreciate that you did this for us as you really didn't have as not all taxi companies would be happy to wait or some would probably charge just for waiting. Will definitely recommend to others if anyone needs a taxi company in future.”

“A place that many people drive by shown as a lawnmower shop but thanks just a fraction of what they do. From pet and horse feed country clothing and footwear wide range of cheap to branded high end. Shooting clothing workweek Inc high vis. Excellent range of tools fixtures and fittings. Want one washer can buy it here. Plumbing,paint, and farm hardware. There is also wood and garden fittings outside. Worth a stop when passing bye.”

“Regularly buy bird food from here. Good prices for high quality (no waste) seed, nuts, meal worms, etc. Affordable prices for long-lasting quality products. I have many decorative plastic planters from here in the garden that have lasted years and years and still look brand new. Also holds a trove of DIY tools, fittings, random parts, and spares. Generally, if you want something random, they've got it in stock (somewhere!), or they've got an alternative that works just as well or better. Staff are friendly and helpful and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend over b&q, wickes, etc, for household DIY”

“Passed by here on the way home to nottingham i had the meat and potatoe pie with roast potatoes.my partner had giant yourshire pudding with beef and roast potatoes.the food was lovely good honest homemade food and good portion size. they do a wide range of food all looks great as do the cakes. The staff were very friendly and the service was quick. to all who live close by to lindas store you are very lucky. Next time im anywhere near this shop i will be going back.”
