“We had such a lovely time at PlayTown Sheffield! It’s such a well thought out space with 8 themed areas perfect for little imaginations. My two absolutely loved dressing up and exploring all the different zones from the mini supermarket to the vets and the shops. We also went during their egg hunt and it was such a fun bonus activity! The staff were friendly, the space was clean and well-organised, and I really liked that everything is reset between sessions so it feels fresh every time. The outdoor play area was a great extra touch, and having a little coffee spot for grown-ups is always appreciated! Definitely recommend for anyone with young children looking for something fun and different to do in Sheffield.”

“I love this play centre. We often visit for play or classes, kids love it, lots of areas to play and the staff are always helpful. We recently visited for my son's 3rd birthday, we chose the early bird option and it was such good value, the kids had a great time. I would definitely recommend a party and play here.”

“Had a really nice afternoon, it was quiet and the first time I had been with my 8 month old. Plenty to do and the staff were really helpful. Grace served me at the cafe and she was friendly and helped me with my drinks to the table. Will definitely be visiting again soon.”

“We hired this venue for our daughter’s 1st birthday. The staff were brilliant, super helpful and friendly. The pizzas were brilliant and we were able to set up decorations and back drops etc before the party. The kids loved the play area and it’s great that you can see them from the cafe via a tv screen. I thought it was good value for money and the guests old and young loved it! Thanks again”

“This review is based from 6 month ago up to the present day of posting - Since finding this Gem of a cafe my wife & I have been popping in for a small breakfast on average about once a week- we have never had to complain once yet- Michael (the owner )& his staff always make you feel welcome - it is a nice & clean sized cafe with seating for 20 people + toilet facilities- if you are in the area why not give it a try - I don't think you will go away disappointed”

“A small seating area for café patrons, always at or near capacity so be ready to stand for a while. Swings, slides, rope bridges and last time I checked, a small rock climbing area, moving across rather than up so is safer for little ones. A bit of a trek to get there, past at least 2 other playgrounds in YWP. Included in the ticket price for the play. Double doors so wheelchair and mobility scooter access. Always busy and fun for children x..”

“Just had a party here for my 6 year old boy. I wasn't gonna write a review, because I don't want it to become anything other than it is at the minute by people seeing the review and flooding the place. This place is the BEST soft play I have been to, and trust me I think we have done them all in South Yorskhire and beyond. It is a really nice environment, it is laid out perfect. There is lots of variety and things that I haven't seen at other soft plays like a sledge run and a toboggan. We had a dedicated host called Ellie and she was so kind and helpful. I have been to many parties like this and I have to say this was seamless and stressfree. THANKS Ellie. The food was excellent and the party run without issue. We booked the super hero option and all guests got a mask, balloon and a slush. They also got individual cupcakes and ice cream desserts. My little man got a super hero activity book and a Cape to keep. He also got a pass to go back for free for a month. Wow!! If you want to go to an excellent soft play or somewhere for your kids party, then this is the place. It really is a hidden gem. The owners could do with publicising it better as everyone who came to our party didn't know it exist.”

“My little girl had her 1st Birthday party on Sunday at Rattle and Roll play space. We all had such a great time the babies, the older children and even the adults. The iced coffees went down a treat with the adults in the beautiful weather we had! It was decorated perfectly and certainly took the stress out of planning a birthday party. Even some of the older children said to me it was the best birthday party they had ever been to! We will definitely be returning for another birthday party in the future. Thank you!”

“My 2 year old and I had a lovely few hours at Buddies today. Its only our second time visiting (the first time he was only just walking). It's definitely going to be a regular spot for us, not just because it's a great place for him to burn off some energy, but because it's the cleanest indoor play area that I've been too! The food is also lovely & plentiful, and the staff are friendly too. I would definitely recommend a visit to Buddies!”

“We went to Jelly Beans today with my four year old and nearly one year old and it was perfect. It is by far the best soft play we’ve been to for smaller kiddos. No fears about them being trampled by older kids, you can easily see all areas of the safe, clean soft play from the tables, the coffee is excellent (served in ceramic flasks to keep them warmer for longer while you follow your kids around) - just a lovely, thoughtful place to spend a good few hours. “Kids love it but today we had lunch it something we always do but no more one Sausage and 10 chips for 3.95 the same went for the chicken nuggets 4 nuggets 10 chips and one adult chip which was so small I think they must have dropped half of them next.time we go.home for lunch”

“We've now visited the restaurant twice. On the first occasion I had the fish & chips and my fiancé had the mixed grill. The fish was fresh with crispy batter and was not greasy. The mixed grill was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was pleasant even though they were busy and the food arrived promptly. The staff were lovely. This inspired us to make a return visit to try the breakfast buffet. We were not disappointed. It was also remarkable value.”
