“Well there's nothing left of my pizza, I'm actually gutted that I didn't order large. From the first slice to the last bite, it was pure delight and I'm actually kicking myself I didn't order large as the flavours not only on the topping but the base were amazing. In future my personal order is go large as there's no room for regrets or I wish I had.....”

“Never fail to find a bargain in Wilko. On this visit, that bargain was a Venetian blind for just £2.50. Of course, everything I actually called in for was also reasonably priced too. The lady that served me was lovely and the two members of staff that I spoke to on the shop floor were very helpful.”

“Visited 08/10/25 for the cycle trails. We ate here first & were very impressed with the food. The menu was varied, with plenty of choice & at the time we were there the service was almost immediate. “The oak tree is one of the best places to have a drink in Mansfield it has great atmosphere, great lovely locals people that will talk to you and make you feel welcome. The entertainment in the pub is brilliant from sport, karaoke, live bands, quiz nights it amazing every night. The staff are ever so friendly and make you feel welcome can’t appreciate all of the front of house staff for there brilliant skill behind the bar and food service are amazing too, hat of the chef for lovely and well presented food. Highly recommended to anyone or any couples and family for food entertainment.”

“Having just returned from a 2 week stay in Bangkok with Michelin level cuisine around every corner. I was dreading coming back to the uk and ordering anything. This was a pleasant refreshing experience. Renewing my faith a little. My only critique was on the amount of sauce in the special kung pao.. need to find a way to keep it crispy. I’d advise half the sauce and 4 small holes in the lid. The crispy duck was excellent and the I have no complaints with the Singapore vermicelli either.”
