“My car was making some v worrying clunking noises over the weekend; I knew something was badly wrong! My regular garage was booked up Monday (though they had kindly offered to look at it in their lunch break) so I tried MT and they fitted me in straight away. Drive shaft had snapped in half! (4wd so had managed to drive there on the rear wheels). They showed me the damage, ordered the part and fitted it all within a couple of hours. Brilliant service and so reassuring that I can now use my car again this week. I'd recommend these guys for efficiency, communication and service. Thank you!”

“Highly recommend Turners Accident Repair Sheffield. They did an amazing job on my car which had numerous panels needing repairing and it looks like new again. They chased issues up with the insurance company and kept me updated regularly on repair status. Communication was excellent throughout from the ladies who phoned with regular updates and the guys who were doing the repairs and had queries. They even sorted out a different courtesy car with a bigger boot to hold a wheelchair when I requested this. Upon collection I was shown around the car and asked to check it was up to standard and it was. Can't thank them enough and would use them again if needed.”

Whilst staying here I thought I would have a few drinks in the bar, there was one member of staff, Samantha Marsden, she was so friendly, so helpful, made my experience so very easy for me. Every question I asked her, she had the answer too, she took the time to make sure everything was ok. I had a very pleasant time, always had a smile on her face, always doing something weather that was cleaning or taking pots to the back and bring new ones back, she was always on her toes. Very professional, punctual and just an all round kind, helpful young lady. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Thank you Samantha for making my stay so pleasant.”

The hotel is very beautiful, its architecture and plant-instalations. The location is amazing, it’s next to a beautiful church and square with a water fountain and water sculptures.
