“My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and a bra fitting would usually be very stressful. I can't recommend this place enough, they are kind and caring and very knowledgeable. We got a lot of advice when choosing items but they weren't pushy at all. They promote body positivity and the whole experience was just brilliant, my daughter felt very relaxed and is happy to go back anytime. Items are very reasonably priced and in line with many high street stores and brands. I can't recommend enough!!”

“I had 3 pairs of Mendl boots needing repair. Two pairs required complete resole and 1 lightweight pair required some serious patching to split uppers. I genuinely thought the lightweight boots were beyond repair and destined for the bin!. Andy was extremely helpful in advising me. All repairs were made to a high standard. I now have 3 pairs of repaired (as new) boots for the cost of one new pair of Mendl boots. I cannot praise the service and customer centricity enough. Thoroughly excellent and traditional company to deal with and can recommend them for any repairs.”

“Been buying Rohan clothes since the mid 80's, not cheap admitted but superb quality & some great materials like their stretch fabrics, they never wear out ,& superb quality zips, TREAT YOURSELF! One bonus is at certain times of year when you take items of outdoor clothing in for them to donate to outdoor charities they deduct 15% off retail price clothing & they don't have to be Rohan brand & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE!!”

“I have been a big fan of Glass Onion for a while now (half of my clothing is from there). Generally great vibes, love when companies push for more environmentally friendly ways of consumerism. But the reason I wanted to write this review is because of the excellent costumer service provided my Sam. I have been looking for a baggy leather jacket for ages and for about a year I did't find anything that fit me quite right. When Sam heard this he was helping me find one, and he went above and beyond and had a look at the back and picked out a couple out for me and found me the perfect one. Overall 10/10 shopping experience.”

“I went to Sheffield for a competition. While there I had Lee at Ice Locker Sheffield look over my blade. I recently found out it was curved and making skating more difficult. Lee spotted the issue immediately and fixed it on the spot. He also sharpened my skates while there. The best sharpening and customer service I have ever experienced from a skate shop!”

They were willing to help me get the right fit for trainers, I wasn't rushed or made to feel like a nuisance. The store is very well stocked, nice clean layout and good prices. Highly recommend.”

“MENSWEAR DEPT Most of the store is dedicated to womens wear. Downstairs there is a small men's department stocking 'Bad Rhino' clothes for the bigger man. They stock not only larger sizes but also taller sizes. They sell casual clothes like t-shirts, Polo shirts, Cargo shorts, trousers & jeans. The staff are super friendly helping us find clothes that suited us but also ordering online in the store. I received an email the goods were in store the next day. No fuss just great service. I shall definitely return to buy some more. Go in, try some things on for size then get the girls to help you to order online. There the next day. Perfect !”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. Store has a very good range of products filor it's size and conventional for local / everyday items. Parking can be restrictive at times and on-road parking is challenging. I like the fact that the store offers a Amazon drop-off.”

“Went in to the Meadowhall store today(18/12/24) & was greeted by an extremely pleasant member of staff. Immediately she met my needs & was very efficient, She was so helpful & informative & answered all my questions about a pair of Ugg boots. She was also extremely patient with me because I was undecided. I left the shop to have a think about the boots. I decided to return to the shop & make my purchase. I headed straight to the lovely member of staff who I dealt with before & she remembered me straight away & what I wanted to purchase. The girl who served me was called Kira.
