“It was ok food was hot, we were the first customers for lunch on Saturday and got told they only had one lasagne, this was odd at 12.15 the only customers, I had a lovely pizza should have been spicy sausage, I've had spicier chipolatas for my breakfast. Ordered garlic bread and got 2 slices of toasted baked normal bread with a very mild garlic taste got given a dessert menu with about 6 nice-sounding desserts when we went to order they only had 2 of the choices on the menu.”

“First time went here for Sunday lunch after a walk with family, nice friendly staff, lovely food that came quick, nice big garden at back with a pond, have cabins to rent, definitely go again.”

“Nice rooms and great staff, couldn't be more helpful. After moving the mother-in-law into her new flat, she couldn't stay that night. So we checked her into a this Premier Inn. The 2 ladies on reception, Rosie and Hannah couldn't have been more helpful! They were great with my mother-in-law and set her mind at ease. What great customer service.”

“We had a wonderful visit to the Botanist and will definitely be returning. We were in Knutsford to take our Beagle, Copper, to Tatton Park and was looking for somewhere dog friendly to get some lunch after. We'd been to a different restaurant on the high street before but on Sundays they had very limited menus whereas The Botanist had a main menu running alongside their Sunday Lunch menu which gave a lot of choice and was a big plus for us. On arrival the staff were fabulous with our dog, giving him fusses and treats and we were really accommodating putting us out of the way. The drinks menu is really extensive, even the alcohol free selection which was a bonus. We had a Sunday roast and a hanging kebab and can recommend both, Copper also enjoyed the veggies! Highly recommended, for dog owners and non- dog owners alike”

“Looking for a pre show meal? You could do no better than eat here. The service was polite, attentive but never intrusive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the food was incredible. Cooked fresh to order and beautifully presented. Loved the theatre too of being able to see the pizza oven in action. Probably the best dining experience we have enjoyed for a long time.”

“I organised a baby shower at Granville’s for my sister-in-law and it was perfect. The staff were so accommodating, allowing us to come early to set up the room, help tidy up and even cut/share the cake. The girl who served us was super friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. If you’re planning a special occasion or event, Granville’s is the place for it. I 100% recommend it to anyone. We all also had afternoon teas which were delicious and very well presented. Again, they were so accommodating, especially for those people in our group who were vegetarian and needed gluten free options. Thank you for making it a day my sister-in-law can remember forever!”

“We visited after spending the afternoon with the grandchildren at the Pantomine. The meal was from the lunch menu as we were too early for the evening menue. However there was loads to choose from and portions were very big. Presentation was lovely and the service by the waitress GABBIE was five star!! Very polite and attentive. “Opens at 12, best to arrive around then as it can get busy later. Great selection of food available with a kids menu as well. Food is served quickly and even when busy you do not have to wait long. The staff are friendly, helpfull and quick to clean the tables. Lots of space inside with seating outside as well. Good atmosphere. Great value for money. Regular buses on the road by the carpark.”

“A long standing favourite of ours. It's been there forever and there is a reason why. Good food, good value and great folk. The specials are often my choice, with chetinad or king prawn garlic being my favourites. Prices are as low as could be expected and there are no frills or extravengance. Since lockdown they have done delivery as well and went out of their way to look after us. Spent a Christmas lunch there a few years back which was also fabulous value and made a real change.”

“Another town another premier inn , this time the room ( prem + ) was massive well furnished comfortable and super clean , Leanne greeted to me and was a great example of how staff are the hotel and greeted me with a warm smile and explained everything i needed to know even went and got me some Hot Chocolate which you don’t actually get in the rooms ! Again loaned me an Apple Watch charger as I’d forgotten mine as I need it as I have an app to check blood sugar ! Perfect hotel and if Leanne is anything to go by the staff will all be wonderful too”

“Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but this Mongolian BBQ blew me away. The selection of meats and veggies was super fresh, and I loved being able to create my own custom sauce blend – experimenting is half the fun! Watching the chefs work their magic on the giant grill was mesmerizing, and the food came out perfectly cooked every time. Plus, the all-you-can-eat aspect meant I could really try a bit of everything without feeling guilty. Definitely going back soon!”
