I couldn't make my mind up but staff didnt pressure me to buy and advised i think about it then pop back if i had any questions. I did eventually order one online then went to pick it up. staff on entry was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the collection desk was quick at sorting my order and friendly. And the guy who brought the oven out helped my partner load it into the back of the car.”

“Went in to tentatively look for a new fridge freezer and the store was very busy with all the sales people taken... but the wonderful salesman Phil Gulley, spoke with us and explained he would be with us when he finished with the customer he was with... and sure enough, he came to us a short while later, worked though our needs and wants, and then introduced us to a model that we hadn't even thought of looking at. Phil was brilliant! Very knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, easy to speak with and he sold us the product, helping us to feel we had a great deal. In these days of internet shopping, we could have looked online, and we could have possibly found the item cheaper, but Phil Gulley and our experience at Curry's Norwich left us feeling really pleased that we had purchased in store, with real people, who know their stuff!
