“I bought a new Apple Ipad yesterday and paid for all my information to be transferred over. When I got home I noticed that none of my outlook /mailbox info had transferred. I returned to the East Kilbride store and a lovely young girl called Katie spent a long time trying to transfer the data. Thankfully with a lot of patience and persistence, she managed to do it. Hashim got us savings for our insurance and Michal specially was respectable, cheery and got the items safely in our home - even ringing us before he got here. Delivery tracking was also very easy to use. While the store is not the largest, there are plenty of knowledgeable staff that helped us get our products.”

“This is a very large charity shop on Abington Street in the centre of Northampton which sells furniture, electrical goods, clothes, fitness equipment, books, records, CDs, dvds, toys, bric a brac, plus probably all sorts of other things that you can think of. I think some things are donated by supermarkets because there will often be several of one item in brand new condition.”

“I went to Boots in Hounslow West because I needed the teething gel for my baby to relieve his pain. No pharmacy in our area had these kind of products available, but this Boots had such a wide range. When I arrived the store was close because the staff members had a lunch break, which I forgot to check prior to my visit, however Dharmen, one of the staff members notice me waiting outside and open the door for me. Not only that, but he also asked immediately what I'm looking to purchase and he was very quick to find the perfect product for my baby. I did not have to wait long to pay and I was very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he was during my visit. I wish more people had such an excellent customer service skills as Dharmen has!”
