“I visited the Tottenham Hale branch on Saturday following the extremely poor customer service l had at the Chingford branch earlier in the day. The service there was completely the opposite. An assistant was able to see me within 5 minutes of my arriving even though the branch was much busier than the one on Chingford. Later when l had an additional question, another assistant was able to deal with my enquiry within minutes. Both assistants were friendly, knowledgeable and keen to assist. The positive atmosphere in the shop was totally different than the Chingford branch. Whoever the manager in the shop is, deserves credit for this. Shall definitely visit again in future rather than the Chingford branch which is must closer to where l reside.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Currys Enfield a couple of weeks ago, whilst buying a fridge. We were served by Abdul-10/10-Abdul. He was courteous, knowledgable and accommodating. His kindness went down a treat with my family and I. Even when the till upstairs was not able to do what was needed, he escorted us downstairs and ensured we completed our transaction and gave us all of our paperwork with additional information. He is an amazing employee and we just want to say thank you once again for the amazing service!”

From the initial order to the final delivery, the service I received was truly top draw. ​The pricing was very reasonable, making the initial decision easy, but it was the customer support that really stood out. I made an error on my order, but when I contacted Steven, he instantly rectified the mistake and processed a part refund, even though the error was entirely my fault. ​Additionally, one item was out of stock, but Steven conversed with me regularly, providing constant updates and ensuring I was informed every step of the way. Once all items were in stock, he helped schedule a delivery date that suited my specific needs. ​The delivery today was scheduled perfectly. The two delivery men who arrived were incredibly helpful. I had originally asked them to leave the items on my drive as I was waiting for a friend to help me move them to my workshop at the bottom of the garden. However, they insisted they would move the items for me so I wouldn't need to bother my friend. They went above and beyond the call of duty, ensuring all the large appliances were stored securely in my workshop, ready for my fitters who arrive in two weeks. ​Although I can't yet comment on the products themselves, I am exceptionally happy with the service, communication, and professionalism I have experienced. Staff have always been polite and friendly and helpful they always do their best to get as much as possible whenever I've put something in Buy Back and sometimes even give me a little bit more than supposed to mainly because they know me now and trust that I will definitely be back to get my items back again so don't mind helping me out with a little bit more. And sometimes they will hold an item for me for an extra couple days if I am struggling to get it back out again or renew it for another 28 days. “Purchased a tumble dryer that stopped working and manufacturer was proving unhelpful and impossible to communicate with. Had to go into the store in Friern Bridge retail park to get help. The matter was resolved by the brilliant Salma who went out of her way to get the faulty dryer written off and replaced. Her time and effort mean I left the store very happy. I would like to give praise to Jane, Bart and Arian for their time as well. Thank you”

“Updated. I've been here more than a couple of times for one reason or another throughout the years. A whole lot hasn't changed in general to be honest but they have a large range in what you'd expect from a electrical retailer from both sides. The place itself is located within the 'Stone Lake Retail Park' which caters to other branded stores BUT one note to mention, you can only park here for 75 minutes but if you purchase anything from one of these stores, you can tell the store to put you on the list that excludes you from a fine if you've spent more than the allocated time given here. Staff have always been helpful when asked. Isn't a bad place to shop if you want to see a certain product in person. --- A whole range of home appliances and electronics. Staff were helpful when needed. Recommended.”

“Adil was helpful in processing a refund for us for a faulty item delivered from an online order after we had arranged a collection but DPD failed to collect. We could see the store was very busy at the end of a long day and he still took the time to help us when we needed it, despite it not being something they can usually help with in store. The staff deserve more support and a better working environment, it seemed understaffed for a busy Christmas period and there didn’t seem to be much help or managerial support for them.”
