“Haven't been into a Currys for years and went just to look at laptop and all in ones to review specs and sizes and to ask some questions. We were greeted on entry and asked if we needed help, declined and went off to look at what was on offer. Had prompt response when we reached out for support some time later and Lewis, despite looking very young (doesn't everyone when you are over 50!), was quite rightly much more informed that we were, and helped demystifying some of the spec descriptions. He helped us discuss pros and cons, in an non patronising and relatable way. Credit to him, job well done and wanted to give him a shout out but nowhere on the Currys website to do this unfortunately.”

“Popped into curry's riverside Northampton branch 2193, been in multiple shops looking for looking for air duster. The website assured me they were in stock. I walked around for a bit and realised nothing was on the shelf and started to leave as I was turning to leave an assistant was there and said "sir you look lost can I help you" I explained to him I've been many shops for this item... he pulled out his device and assured me that they had two in stock. The exact number i was after. And boy did he search... 10 minutes later he come back hot and bother gleaming with delight that he had found the two stock items. I didnt catch his name but after he took me to the till and checked me out the name on the receipt says assistant 15 BESTIN so if bestin is your name thank you what an asset to this company you are! You made my miserable search worth while and I salute you. Legend”

“I’ll always remember how great the service was four years ago, during lockdown. I’d been mucked about by the telephone customer service and given wrong details by someone who refused to take any responsibility for my query, but the guy at the Colliers Wood branch spotted my frustration and went above and beyond to sort matters out. Exemplary service, especially considering he didn’t take my frustrated tone personally, as some can quite easily do. Well done that man! Full marks!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I have not been to a Currys store in ages but I love this one. All the staff say hello and are knowledgeable. I recycled my mobiles and batteries, bit weird that you don't put it in a bin but on a random counter. If you are gamer, techie or need to upgrade your phone or laptop definitely come here. There are dedicated stations for Microsoft, Apple, Google and gaming. You can also get air fryers and other electronics. They also offer repair and support. They have great deals here.”

Most have no knowledge of their products except for one young girl Kat was very knowledgeable and very helpful and steered us the right direction. They went out of their way to deliver my large Bosch fridge-freezer and provided a level of professionalism, friendliness and care that genuinely stood out. My garage was full, and they took the time to help me move items safely so the fridge could fit through and be brought into the kitchen without any issues. I wish every delivery team operated to this standard. Their hard work deserves recognition. 10/10 – highly recommended.”

“What can I say ...anytime.i have any problems on my car ...they are my first point of call....the new shop looks absolutely amazing. Hamid saw the confused look on my face as I wasn't sure what exactly I needed for my car ...he guided me through slowly step by step of what needs to be done ...it turned out in needed to pump my tyre pressure and also change two headlights one front and one back. I felt really stupid but Humid made me feel so special and explained that it's OK and that I've learned him some life skills for a motor....I felt very grateful after my experience in this great store....with a great team.
