“Went into store today to get my son football boots. The member of staff assisting was called Cameron and at one point had at least 6 or 7 people all trying to get correct sizes. Cameron was able to help every single person and at no point did I feel like I was left waiting, he remained polite and professional at all times. Spoken to store manager and found out he was new but had conducted himself like he had been there for years . This young man is a credit to the company. Well done Cameron.”

“Second time visiting this store. This branch looks fairly futuristic and has a nice layout, with bright lighting and escalators for each floor. Sports direct usually have good prices and good quality products and sales. They also do good 2 for 1 offers . On this visit we came looking for trainers but I also get my sportswear from here too.”

“We had to go to the store having realised that we had been charged incorrectly for and item we bought at Meadowhall. Staff were excellent in sorting this and checking with the other store how the error had occurred. The manager then honoured the price that we should have paid even though it had been labelled incorrectly in Meadowhall. Really lovely girl serving us, I think her name was Hannah, and the manager was excellent (but I didn’t get his name). Great service all round.”
