Excellent social distancing controls as always, hand sanitiser everywhere, a bright and airy store with welcoming staff, a full range of kitchen, bedroom. Lounge and clothing departments and the Jamaica Blue Cafe which sells amazingly good sandwiches and cakes. There is also a Virgin travel shop on the upper floor, lifts and escalators to get around.”

“I was served by Jas at Moss Bros and she was absolutely brilliant. She was really helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, and her customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend asking for Jas if you’re visiting the store!”

“Excellent place for both men and women to shop, there today and I bought jeans which I tried on in the spacious changing room and I bought them and a diffuser for our home, my husband tried on linen trousers and then he bought them, we had a coffee and sandwich in the Costa on site. An excellent experience, staff friendly too.”

“I went here recently on my shopping trip to pick up some new trainers. The service was fast and i was easily able to check if they had the shoes i wanted in stock via the self-service screen. JD is a slightly pricier brand but that does come with the better quality too. The staff were very friendly and seemed like they were working very hard but efficiently. Overall, I had a good experience here and would reccomend to others in need of shoes or sporty type clothing.”
