She went above and beyond to help, bringing several shoes and even checking stock online. She was very informative, offering tips and advice with regards to shoes and styles suitable. The lovely young man working in the store at this time is a credit to Clarks & taught us some really cool tricks to get our sons shoes on. He was ever so patient with my son, kind & very helpful, a natural at his job. The shoes themselves are great & my son is walking much more confidently with shoes that fit his feet perfectly.”
