“This place is beautiful. Room is massive and so clean. Bathroom across hall spotless. Definitely be back”
“Booked this hotel because of close proximity to the theatre. Very impressed with the room. We stayed in the "Gordon Suite", which was a large room overlooking Union Terrace gardens. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely high ceilings. Check-in was very efficient. Ecxcellent location being just a short walk after the show at the theatre. Had a few drinks in the hotel bar afterwards and lovely breakfast in the morning.”
“Good place to stay if you want Aberdeen City on your doorstep. The only down side is there is no parking on site. There is a close multi storey car park that charge £10 per 24 hours within walking distance.”
“Great hotel, very efficient staff. Rachel on reception gave us a lovely welcome on arrival, she was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful breakfast, room was adequate, very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again, so I would highly recommend this hotel. Adrian”
“I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very clean, quiet, and peaceful—perfect for a good rest. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience very pleasant. Also, the pizza here is delicious, and the Wi-Fi is super fast, which was a huge plus for me. Highly recommended!”
“This hotel is in an excellent central location, particularly if you are taking a ferry or train. It's in walking distance of a number of restaurants, pubs, and attractions. The building and decor are somewhat old-fashioned, but the hotel is clean and quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is available. Our room was quite spacious and well-appointed with a kettle, tea, coffee, cocoa, snacks, and cold water in the mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, and linens and towels were of good quality. The shower was excellent, spacious and good water pressure. My only complaint was our bathroom's odd layout, with the toilet and sink up a step from the main floor. Hazardous in the dark when you're sleepy! Wifi was acceptable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
“Right beside aberdeen airport and Dyce train station...easy walk to local chip shop or pub. Room Was Spacious and clean. Plenty space in Shower and toilet area. Lockable doors and windows Greeted at door by host and showed too room. Price was fantastic for location.”
“Needed somewhere close to airport for daily returning to California. Taxi was booked for 08.10 and that's exactly when it arrived. Rooms were basic with only 1 chair per room but they were clean. Would use that particular Travelodge for any future requirements.”
“Nice. Central. Reasonably priced. At the straightforward end of the market and very good at it. Just a room. No bar catering etc. Just a room. A very nice room. Very nice ensuite bathroom. No bath, but big enough for one if you want to bring your own. Surrounded by noisy bars etc but did not hear a thing all night. Obviously very well soundproofed. Lots of steps. Maybe not so good for the not so abled. But there may be a lift. I don't know as I didn't need to enquire. Super smiley receptionist. Nothing too much trouble.”
“We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was basic but it was clean and had everything needed. The food was amongst the best we’ve ever eaten in a hotel of this kind. We will be back soon.”
“Spent 4 nights here with family, 6 adults and a dog, unbelievable lodge, more like a home from home, everything you could possibly ask for, from all kitchen needs, cooker, microwave, slow cooker, down to clothes horse if you need wash any clothes. Now the lodge, 3 massive ground floor bedroom, 2 with on suite toilets and showers, one with wet floor, all bedrooms have windows and door leading out onto the patio, and hot tub, used everyday, huge barbecue and all utensils outside. Upstairs is a 4th bedroom and a lovely sitting area with a view of massive living room windows, ground floor also has a separate toilet for anyone. Utility room has washing machine and all cleaning utensils. Great location for sightseeing, 10 minutes from Inverurie and 30 minutes from Aberdeen, we also took a trip to the beaches at Bridge of Don, stunning even in colder months. Would definitely return, thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Also Inverurie has some great restaurants.”
“Friendly and kind hosts. Good breakfast. Very clean and tastefully decorated rooms (comfy beds). I would stay here again and recommend to others”

“Absolutely incredible experience. James truly loves his gorgeous animals and it shows every minute of the time you are with him and the coos. I spend a couple of weeks traveling throughout Scotland every year and this is by far the most memorable of a day by far. Can't wait to book their bed and breakfast for next year. Thank you so much for opening your farm up to us James!”

“I stayed one night before catching the ferry to the Northern Isles. The location is amazing, it´s just a few minutes to the bus and train station and not even a 10 minutes walk to the ferry terminal. My room was huge and very comfy with a great view of the garden. Very lovely owner with great tips for the area. There is even a lovely communal kitchen with some things for breakfast.”
“A high end B&B in its appearance from outside and in its high ceiling, traditionally decorated lounge inside, the best one I've ever stayed so far. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful to direct me to the local amenities. We stayed in a family room for a family of three. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessory facilities. The breakfast was a special treat and tailor-made to our taste. It was a great stay for my family. I really recommend it.”
“The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful woodland and it's not far from Aberdeen. The staff is very friendly and professional - it was a very nice surprise the wee happy birthday message in my room. The room was spacious and comfy, and the view to river was great. The restaurant has a nice ambience, and the food delicious. I truly recommend that.”
“The food in the restaurant is always excellent. The mussels they have at the moment are particularly good. Always very friendly service as well.”

“Thank you, Marilyn and Nan, for ensuring every moment we stayed at Bogenraith House earlier this month was perfection. You are both delightful and attentive hosts. Your attention to every detail, both inside and outside, elevated Bogenraith House to the top of our list of places we've stayed. Dan really enjoyed the delicious Scottish breakfast, the perfect start to his day. You made sure our large suite was well supplied with coffee and other delightful amenities. We appreciated the king bed and cozy linens, and slept deeply each night. The gardens are extraordinary, and your diligence as groundskeeper is evident at every turn. Each outdoor seating area was well appointed for comfortable conversation. Dan and I wish you both the very best as you continue to offer top notch accommodations for guests. Blessings as you work!”
“A true 5 out of 5 experience. A gorgeous, extremely well equipped apartment (Platinum), everything we needed for our trip to Aberdeen. The "coffee cupboard" was a brilliant bonus. Really good location for a lovely walk by the river and close to Duthie park. Richard was brilliant, quick responses to my silly questions and extremely helpful information in good time for our trip. We had a lovely stay, just wish we had been able to stay longer but will stay again and highly recommended.”
