“Great steaks and the suef and turf hit it out of the park. Take your family or dinner date here to seal the deal. (Wink). The desserts were great as well. We ordered a variety of drinks and all were very good. For the price the whiskey flights are a great deal. We enjoyed the 12 year old flight and can say the third variety will be bought as a bottle to consume back home. The interior of the place is exceptionally clean and well put together.”

“Went in on a very wet day. We were only going to have a couple of drinks but we decided to have their cheeseboard as a small snack. It was amazing value for money, lots of crackers, cheese and grapes, with a vwry tasty chutney for some sweetness. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The icing on the cake though was the coal fire, roaring away and keeping us toasty warm.”

“I'm envious of the lucky people of Bangor who get to enjoy this fantasy Chinese every night. The woman taking our order over the phone was pure good vibes; so friendly and helpful. The excellent service continued when we went to pick up. And that's just the service ... The food was mouthwatering, deliciously flavoursome and fresh with great quality ingredients. The Mongolian chicken and prawn toast were incredible, but everything was a 10/10. Very reasonably priced and great portions. I would definitely recommend this place and it would be worth a travel from Pluto for me.”

Best scones can be found here along with some amazing desserts. Highly recommended as very good for all ages.”

“Stunning bar for a unique drink or a memorable evening. Good beer, wide selection of drinks cocktail specials were particularly good on the evening we went. The real attraction is the venue: a historic boozer, with largely original interiors and stunning tiling and ornate ceilings. The main bar area is flanked by boothed seating complete with doors and windows - apparently this was for sultry business transactions to be agreed away from prying eyes in more reserved times! We went for a drink, stayed for a few. Atmosphere is great, was busy but not overbearingly so.”

The satay broth packed a punch but was so flavoursome. Staff very kindly explained the premise and any food we couldn't work out. TRY everything. 100% loved all the mushrooms!”

“Absolutely loved it here, lots of different food stalls so loads of choice on what to eat, I opted for the taco’s from Sicario’s, which were huge and really tasty. The only downside in my opinion is there aren’t enough bars inside which means you can queue for a while. Great atmosphere inside and really good vibe around the place, well worth a visit!”
