“Such a big selection of fish, the quality of the fish is remarkable and the colours are amazing, I’ve never seen rainbow fish with such vivid colours before! I was very impressed! The Staff are really lovely, Mark is my favourite, His knowledge of fish keeping is abundant. He is so friendly and approachable and always helps me with any issue I’m having regarding my aquarium. I would highly recommend!!”

“Spent 2 nights here and cannot complain about anything. From checking in to checkout everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lovely clean room, nice breakfast. Perfectly situated with 5 minutes walk to the shops, loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Only downside was the cost of a taxi from the Airport £49. But we got the bus back £9. Will definitely return thanks for a lovely stay.”

From the first moment we made contact with Maurice and his staff to the day we collected our pup, everyone at the resort was fantastic. “So I ordered stuff from their website (wish I lived closer so I could visit) and idiotically did two separate orders within the space of 10 minutes, and a little while later on got a phone call from one of the lovely ladies there asking if I could put the orders together and get one of the postage refunded! Noones ever called to give me a refund like that before! But the lady was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely order from here again! Also dexter loved it”

I travel often for work and don’t have many people who can look after Leo, so I’ve relied on Whinney Hill quite a bit over the past year. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they give him. Leo absolutely loves it—he can’t wait to jump out of the car when we arrive! The staff are fantastic, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs. The reason I felt it necessary to write this review was based purely on the staff assistant who served us at the til. She would brighten anyone’s day. So happy, positive, friendly & professional. She chatted as she worked & the banter was great. Don’t think I’ve ever met such a lovely member of staff, anywhere. I really hope this lovely girl gets a pat on the back from management.
