“We recently engaged Kraken Kitchens to design and install our kitchen diner in our new home and, aside from a couple of finishing touches, it's now complete. We have been really impressed with the whole experience of dealing with this company. We had already obtained a detailed quote from a large high street kitchen company and approached Kraken to see how their price compared. We were amazed that they were able to match the quote but upgrade the worktops from laminate to solid quartz. Charlotte was very helpful throughout the design process and dealt with all of our queries promptly (and patiently!). Delivery of the kitchen itself was seamless and Kraken helpfully held onto it for us until we were ready (the kitchen was needed for a major renovation project and we weren't ready when we said we would be). In the face of widespread supply issues with appliances, the team scoured the market to source and get hold of the items we needed, pulling out all the stops to get them to us on time. We're over the moon with the kitchen and couldn't speak highly enough of this company. If you've had a quote from a high street retailer for your kitchen, run it by these guys and see if they can better it like they did for us!”

I purchased a table from them in May 2020 and was planning to move to a new house in June how ever due to covid 19 it got delayed and I could not move and sort out the floor till Jan 2021. Customer service was really helpful and kept the order in the warehouse for 6 months. Finally when it was delivered the quality of the Table was really good.”
