Absolutely lovely and friendly ladies. *Added new review - we have visited Flannels on many occasions and never been disappointed with the fantastic and superb service. Thank you to Porscha for her excellent customer service and dealt with a minor issue with a delivery fault. Attentive and most polite, all sorted. She really did go above and beyond, superb. Thank you to the Manager Richard, for his help and kindness, greatly appreciated. Michelle once again delivers a fabulous service, always smiling and friendly. Dee, thank you for helping my son choose an outfit and explaining the IPads and what’s available. Fantastic! Excellent store - fantastic customer service and we will always pop in to have a look at their extensive collections of fabulous designer wear. *Old Review - a slice of Designer Heaven! First visit with my teenage children, we all thought the shop incredibly well presented - Fabulous seating area. Normally I find some people who work in such environments to be pretentious? But NOT HERE…an absolute delightful experience. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A big “Thank you” to Michelle, very professional and friendly. A lovely lady - chatting to my son and I. Fantastic! We purchase clothes on line from Flannels also, clothes are well made and shipped out in beautiful packaging (photograph below). Never had a problem or concern. “Now that I am needing to help my frail, ill father in law with his Jolliman orders; I have found the site easy to use and to order from. The clothes are great quality and it’s really helpful that they offer shorter leg lengths than found in high street shops and at a good price. Claire at customer service, went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to return items ordered for choice, then purchase replacement items. I am so thankful to her :) Real customer care in what is actually a very difficult time in my father in laws life . Thank you so much! Sports direct. com uk number one!!! went to get the mug came out a new man. never experienced such an electric atmosphere and dashing staff in one place. wanted new londsdales to walk the dog and was blown away by the amazing service. Manager girl seemed extremely moody for someone working in the uks best store. If i was her i’d cry everyday out of happiness. An asian boy with glasses and another black guy with a bald head absolutely amazing help. Till staff with beard and glasses even sold me the best carrier bag alive. Might let my son use it as his school bag. Nike t shirts extremely short my belly was hanging out the bottom. if they have any vacancies i’d quit my job to work here! forget spending money on a holiday to spain, save it and come and spend in this gem of perry barr. i reckon this is the reason they got to host the commonwealth games here. If i had any socks left after kfc sports direct would have sent them to the moon. 10/10 service 10/10 items 5/10 bunds 10/10 staff Would visit everyday if i could but i’d have no socks left”
