“I needed to exchange my brand new pair of women's Nike trainers in white, for black ones, which my son had purchased for me from JD in Telford, as a gift. And so I phoned JD in Sutton. From start to finish of our conversation, the lady was very precise in asking me the relevant info about the product to be exchanged and within minutes, was able to confirm that they had the size and colour of my preference. I was over the moon. And so it was when I arrived at the shop. The young lady at the till didn't waste any time in punching the figures from my original till receipt into the till ... no time-wasting questions, no ifs or buts and before I knew it, she was handing me the black trainers which was neatly set aside behind her with a note stuck to it for my collection. The entire process, very much like the phone conversation, was a breeze, and handled very expertly and pleasantly yet professionally. Double whopper I thought, and decided to add to this experience by shopping for another pair for a friend. The young staff members present in the shop immediately set into action to get me the size I'd asked for as it wasn't on display. And they got it pretty quickly. All were efficient, helpful, pleasant ... ensuring I, the customer, had an overall satisfactory experience. And I did, due to which I felt encouraged to get a second pair from the same shop. And it was on offer! Customer service certainly matters and this group of young ones did a great job in accomplishing it. The shop itself may be seemingly small yet it had more than enough varied selections of shoes, sportswear, accessories etc. Thank you and well done to JD Sutton Team. I'll be back :)”

“I have always been a fan of Mango and love there is a store in Merryhill. Customer service wasn't great until more recently. The new staff smile and are friendly, which makes a huge difference. But i especially want to say a massive thank you to Tatum, who has been amazing with me every time I have been in the store. Tatums customer service is the best and is a huge credit to Mango. “Second time visiting this store. This branch looks fairly futuristic and has a nice layout, with bright lighting and escalators for each floor. Sports direct usually have good prices and good quality products and sales. They also do good 2 for 1 offers . On this visit we came looking for trainers but I also get my sportswear from here too.”

“Ordered a pair of trainers and unfortunately one was faulty so I emailed them regarding the problem. They were very apologetic and replaced trainers within 24 hours for a new pair. I genuinely can not fault them at all. Great customer service and prompt response from them. I would highly recommend this company and would give them 6 stars if it were possible.”
