“The large forecourt accommodates more than 14 cars , seven of which can be fuelling simultaneously. Diesel and petrol is available and the pumps have long reach hoses so it is possible to park on either side of them. Payment at the pump or at the kiosk is offered. In fact the kiosk is a small shop where snacks and drinks can be purchased. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the service is very efficient. An automatic car wash is located on the site but it is not always operating. The one-way system works well but care should be taken exiting the forecourt as there is a service road adjacent which also joins the main road. As it is a Sainsbury's garage Nectar Points can be collected.”

“Saif and Lak were wonderful. I recently purchased a Hamilton Khaki Field with the white dial. This watch has always alluded me because it seems to always be out of stock. This was not an issue for Saif, he got me the watch I wanted straight away. Lak was lovely on the day I returned to pick it up. Wonderful service, they both offered me refreshments and made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic experience.”

“A lovely store. Generous sized isles, always well stocked with interesting items - everyday goods are especially good value. I always stock up on their packs of batteries, for toys and, for example, at Christmas, for all their battery operated lights, which, incidentally, at a pound per set, just cannot be beaten for value. There are two Pound Shops in Solihull - one on the previously named, High Street, which is a little smaller than the newer one, in the walk-through by Sainsbury's and M and S. The latter is more spacious than the former, but both are well worth a potter around.”

“Just popped in to Timpson‘s in Shirley. Was served by a man called Dave. The whole experience was an absolute delight. David was extremely helpful and friendly and definitely went the extra mile. It very much reminded me of shopping experiences in the days When people knew what they were talking about, didn’t waffle, but offered to professional and friendly service. It actually felt like a family run business as they used to be. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. Even the sink and tap, which were included, were a good brand and brilliant quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the item and service. Would choose them again in the future. “FABULOUS PRODUCT & OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dropped in to see if a bracelet I had received as a gift a few years ago could be repaired. (It was missing a couple of crystals). It had unfortunately been discontinued & as it was over 2 yrs old, wasn’t under guarantee. However, the lovely lady who served me, offered to replace it -with a gorgeous updated version- with just a minimal surplus to pay. Result = one delighted & loyal customer who will continue to buy Swarovski products.”

“Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.”
