“My daughter loves this place in Kingsgatek it is very reasonably priced some really good quality clothing at low prices you can pick up really good bargains alot lower than any other retail clothing stores”
“My daughter and I visited the store on Sunday and I would just like to say a huge thank you to Denise at Mama's and Papas Huddersfield. Our experience with Denise was second to none, she was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, friendly, helpful, and understood exactly our needs. Even went out of her way to make sure we were getting the best deal and making the most of all the offers in store. Absolutely would highly recommend, get there as they open as it gets very busy!!”
“Will buy of this brand again very helpful and clothing of a high standard . Good fit good description”
“Ashley Bramley was excellent. He dealt with my problem that I was having with an online order that Next had apologised for by sending to a wrong address. Cannot thank him enough for he's patience and for turning my situation around so quickly. A real asset to your team, very professional and people person he was in dealing with my issue. Wish Ashley all the best.”

“Staff always ready to help when you find them! Then they will go out of their way to accommodate you. I prefer to shop in the Bradford one in kirgate market because the lights are bright not like some others which are really dark.”
“Nice & spacious. Great clothes. Love the bright colours this year!”
“Due to a "moving mishap" resulting in throwing all my clothes away, I had a number of visits to the Keighley store to collect my online orders. Each time I was lucky to see Sara. I have previously been a very senior manager and have to say, this exceptional woman is a credit to Next. She assisted me with the collections, some returns and offered great advise. She is the epitome of great customer service”
“Friendly staff, so many different items they are selling, loads of furniture and other household goods, all for a good cause”

“Called in to the Ilkley shop on Monday 17/02 to find a gift for my friend’s new baby. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.”
“Disappointed by the Store Manager's Behaviour I recently visited the Bernardo charity shop in Bradford Foster Square with my children, and I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the store manager named Zeeahan. My kids were briefly sitting on a chair in the shop, and instead of addressing us politely, the manager was unnecessarily rude and condescending. He said, “This is not a playground; you need to control your kids,” in a tone that was both unkind and inappropriate. While I understand the need to maintain order in a shop, this could have been communicated respectfully, especially in a family-friendly setting like a charity shop. As a parent, I found his attitude unprofessional and upsetting. Children are part of our community, and charity shops should be welcoming spaces where families feel comfortable browsing and supporting a good cause. This experience has made me hesitant to return to this store or support its mission. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the manager's approach to customers. Kindness and respect go a long way in creating a positive shopping environment for everyone.”
