βExcellent service, all the staff are friendly, professional, kind and caring. Have been going to this vets since the original Arnold & Clare, had concerns when Medivet took over, some years ago. I have always been delighted with Oscar's care from the experienced vets, for his several issues that require constant medication @ blood tests regularly but everyone makes the visits stress free. Thanks to Vets Liz, & Susy. Also to Ashleigh & her team.β
βWe had to bring our dog in for an emergency appointment, very early on a Sunday morning. Sadly, we had to have Harry put to sleep later that afternoon, but care and pain relief was given to him so we could take him home for one last walk. The team (Hannah and the lady on reception) were so kind throughout what was undoubtedly the hardest day of our lives, saying goodbye to our 15 year old dog. The gave us the time and compassion we needed. Our usual vet seen him the previous morning and said nothing was wrong, we brought him here and he was scanned immediately and diagnosed. I know for sure Iβll come here if we ever get another pet. Thank you again for your care and empathy throughout, it made this difficult and traumatic time that much easier. I should also thank you for the card you sent to us later that week.β
βOur very much loved dog Bella has been with Medivet since May 2024 (she is now 3years old) and compared to other vets we can honestly say this has been the best yet. Every appointment has been seemingly effortlessly to book and we are always able to get an appointment for a time that suit us. The team have always made it stress free as sometimes Bella can become nervous when attending appointments, but Lucy and the team have always put us at easy with their caring approach towards Bella and ourselves. Bella recently went for surgery on her pockettail and was referred by the team to a specialist surgeon who was amazing and she is recovering well. We cannot thank the team enough for all the support and dedication they have given Bella. They have been able to deal with the insurance company for us which was extremely easy at a stressful time and gave us time to focus on her recovery. We would definitely recommend this vets and their pet plan.β
βTook my cat in today and was really impressed with the care. The staff were kind, gentle, and explained everything clearly. My cat was well looked after, and I felt very reassured. Highly recommend this vet!β
βAmazing and caring service. Staff are so friendly and helpful, particularly Jenny. Best vet it the area by far.β
βI visited Heath vets to register my pet with them and move away from our previous veterinary practice. I was greeted by two friendly ladies at reception, Jodie dealt with my enquiry and was so friendly, kind and helpful. A lovely practice and lots of parking too. Friends highly recommended Heath Vets to me, I was very happy and impressed with the services they offer and the great customer service.β
βSo happy I moved my dog to this veterinary practice. Such kind vets who really care and listen and they always do their best to keep the costs down.β
βFirst visit with Whimpy Westie for booster. Very clean premises, staff friendly and welcoming, efficient and helpful. Ted impressed with attention and treats and didn't notice injection going in. Fees clearly displayed on website where appointments can be booked.β
βTim and his staff are fantastic Our westie Charlie had chronic colitis and our local vet said they had done all they could for him. His weight was dropping dramatically and we feared we were losing him. Tim began treatment and within weeks he was putting on weight and back to his active life. Later he developed a skin disorder which again Tim was able to control. Sadly Charlie passed away with cancer but we know Tim gave him another happy year of life . Thanks again Tim you were brilliant Mark and Tanjaβ
βAlways a great experience at Cootes vets. All staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The care provided to your pet is outstanding. 100% recommend to all pet owners.β
βFerring Street Vets East Preston are very welcoming to the human & the animal. Iβm very happy with the service Iβve had from all of the vets, nurses & receptionists. Iβd highly recommend to anyone.β
βI have always had good and professional help and advice from Grove Lodge. I have used them for many years for my cats and try and see Stephen Courtney who is very reassuring and βknows his stuffβ.β
βOur Sprocker was referred to Coast Vets by St Annes Road Vets for surgery for Ruptured ligament in his left hind leg. Thanks to Rob and his team Koko is now back to his usual lively self. I highly recommend the Coast Vets teamβ
βI had Benwick take care of my two cats while I was moving in to a new flat, and they did a phenomenal job. My cats are not used to new environments and can be shy, but the folks at Benwick gave them great care. I was also really pleased with their communiication. I could not have asked for a better cat sitter!β
βI have always used Crossways for my dogs, over many years. They are professional, caring and informative. My most recent dog (rescue, badly abused previously) is very nervous, Imogen and Kirsten have been amazing with him, building up trust in the most caring and gentle way. Would whole heartedly recommend.β
βWe changed to this surgery recently having lost confidence in our previous vets. We've had two different appointments with our spaniel and we are so happy we made the switch. The vets are kind and informative - they give you all the facts and help you decide on what's best for your dog which is not something I've experienced before. Id really recommendβ
βIβm very happy with Coastway in Lewes. All the vets and nurses have a great relationship with their patients and I have received good advice e.g. when my cat was being bullied. Vets are expensive but on various occasions Coastway staff have suggested ways of saving money. The appointments tend to be in the afternoon and itβs sometimes very difficult to exit the car park due to parked cars - not their fault I know.β
βGreat place for your beloved pets from all your essentials to grooming to vetsβ
βGreat vets. Car park. Easy access. Friendly staff and always great service from the vets.β
βWonderful vets! I have been taking my fur people here for nearly 12 years. I highly recommend them for the care and comfort they give.β
βMy gsd Loki went to Portland east Grinstead for surgery, he was neutered and had a gastropexy done. All the staff were lovely and understood my boys needs. I was updated when he went into surgery and that he had settled on the ward before hand. I had updates throughout his surgery they all were very understanding that I was worried about him. After recovery I got a lovely picture and a call to say he was doing well and a pick up time was arranged. The nurse was lovely who explained everything I had to do with him for his aftercare she also came to help my 51kg gsd into the car with me so he wasnβt jumping up. Honestly was the best experiences Iβve had. Iβve had follow up calls and messages to make sure heβs recovering ok too. Highly recommend Portland vets.β
βWe've been with these vets for about 9 years now and I have always had good service from them. All the vets we have seen over the years have been absolutely lovely. Our most recent visits we have seen Sarah who is relatively new to the practice, she was amazing with our new puppy and also managed to handle our grumpy old cat with care and confidence on another visit. The receptionists and nurses are all really helpful and friendly.β
βStaff are very friendly and helpful and the dog food and treats we buy are always in stock. Easy to park and very close to where we live.β
βExcellent as always. So nice to know that my cat, Lucy, who is diabetic, is always in the best hands.β
βDalyan my rescue pulls me in the vets every time which is great I know itβs because he thinks he getting a treat but also Luca the Vet is lovely with him. Very thorough but gentle with it,β
βThanks to the team at Henley House vets for looking after our Jasper. He had to go in for major surgery, the vet explained the procedure and its risks so we could make an informed decision. On the day of the operation the team kept us fully informed on his progress and when we picked him up they gave us all the information we needed to look after him post-op. They showed great care for Jasper and over the two weeks post-op we have been able to call with updates and questions. Jasper has been seen for his post op checks and again we have been fully supported by the whole team at Henley House. Thanks to the whole team.β
βOne of the best vets my cats have ever been with. Such a welcoming and friendly practice, the care all the team has for animals is evident and the advice is always grounded and the treatments exceptional. Weβve moved out of the area now, and the new vets has a lot to live up to!β
βI seem to be visiting the vets way too often for my liking, I have 2 dogs and they seem to take turns not being well. As always the team are compassionate towards my pets, are thorough and are happy to spend the time diagnosing and explaining my options. Whilst not cheap (what vet is?) they try to minimise where possible the costs incurred. I love having a local vet a couple of minutes away with a 24 hr emergency also on my doorstep should the need arise (which it has more than once). For these reasons for me it is good value for peace of mind.β
βWe have been taking our cats to Catβs Whiskers for around 11 years now. It is so good to go to a cat only vet where the waiting area is calm and there are no dog noises! Amanda is an excellent vet, quiet and calm, the appointments are never rushed and are very thorough. As mentioned in previous reviews, you do have to join a pet plan but if you have pets, you owe them that at least. This way they get regular, preventative health checks and are always up to date with flea and worm treatment and vaccinations. I am more than happy to recommend Amanda and her team who all do a wonderful job of making you feel at home, and every effort is made to make the experience as comfortable and stress free as possible for the cats and their owners.β
βGreat little practice, friendly vet and didn't make me feel judged for opting out of some of the add-on extras that weren't medically required. Treated my dogs as individuals with their own quirks, approaching them for the first time with respect and care.β
