βBrilliant team, clearly have the best interest of the animals at heart. Always looked after my cat and family pets with top standards, including life saving surgery on our elderly dog. Also- Jenny is an amazing nurse! Always so so kind and caring.β
βI was so impressed by the treatment my dog recently received at your Hangleton branch. Everyone was super helpful, the vet was patient and calm, she explained everything clearly and gave us choices.β
βI'd just like to thank the vets and staff for the excellent treatment my dog JoJo received this week, nothing was too much trouble. This is the second occasion you have just blown me away with your professional and caring attitude towards my dog. Thank you so much I just want to thank all the vets, nurses and all the staff at the hospital for the way they have looked after my greyhound Jojo this week. The care she has received has been out of this world and I'll never be able to thank you enough, I've been kept informed of treatment on a daily basis, regular calls and texts which mean so much when your at home worried sick. You are a credit to your profession so well done and thanks again for everythingβ
βI have been using Priors Farm Equine Vets since May 2016 and have found the care, attention to detail, pragmatism and kindness of Ben and all the staff second to none. From the office staff processing insurance claims and renewals immediately, the friendliness of the nursing staff, their kindness and support when things didn't work out as hoped, to the excellent work of the highly skilled vets, I really couldn't have hoped or asked for a more professional, excellent service. No one likes having to call the vet out but the whole team at Priors make the experience as painless as possible, from start to end. I really cannot praise this practice more highly, and I would (and have) recommend them to any one where the level of care and service they and their horses receive is of paramount importance to them.β
βFantastic service, the staff are all so kind. The vets that have been to my thoroughbred are so patient and understanding of his nervy personality. Have always made me feel cared about, valued and involved. Best vet practice Iβve ever used.β
βBest place ever if your dog has leg problems. Ollie been going 5 weeks now and is much better. Deborah is fantastic with him. Highly recommended!!!β
βLovely vets. Always very accommodating. Jan on reception is very kind and friendly and always manages to find appointments where she can. My cats are definitely getting better at coming to this vets and itβs good to have one local to me. All the vets are gentle and make my cats feel compostableβ
βWe have used this place a couple of times now and will use it again, Very good and clean, we know our cats are very safe when we leave themβ
βWhat a great vets. So welcoming and friendly. Really empathetic and couldn't do enough for us. I have both my cats registered here and I feel they're very safe here. I would highly recommend this practice.β
βOur dog Bailey has been seeing Suzanne for 7 years now. He is happy there, and so are we. We are moving but will stay with Cliffe Vets in Ringmer.β
βOutstanding service, used other vets but was not happy with service, we was recommended to anvil and used 2 times now, nothing to much trouble so happy Alistair will be looking after our animals. Well recommendedβ
βGrove Lodge has been incredible with my reactive dog. The team are patient and kind and have built trust with my dog to a point that he enjoys coming for visits now instead of being terrified of them.β
βOur older cat was getting rather poorly, thyroid, kidneys and liver. A couple of months later after her appointment, she had seizures. We had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. I cannot praise Pet Doctors enough, they were gentle, compassionate, caring, kind and that's just how they were with us! Absolute wrecks that we were. She was not scared when she went and that is in large part thanks to Pet Doctors. Two weeks later, a card appeared in our post with a small packet of sunflowers, from Pet Doctors, giving their sympathy, this was a very sweet and appreciated action which touched us deeply. The sunflowers have been sowed where she rests. Thank you Pet Doctors xβ
βFantastic experience with Southdown vets. Always really helpful on the phone and really friendly on reception. Vets have all been really helpful. My dog recently had to be sedated for ear checks and the attending practicioners (sorry I didn't catch their names!) made him really comfortable and were very understanding with him being very nervous. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend to anyone.β
βCouldnβt recommend more! The staff were amazing, so kind and welcoming, friendly and so helpful. I have a litter of 9 puppies who all came for their microchips today. Not only did they help me with the puppies to and from my car, but helped entertain them all when they were either waiting or after being chipped, helped keep them happy when I was at the desk paying, just genuinely made my day so much easier and I cannot thank them enough. The vet himself (Iβm sorry I donβt know his name!) was brilliant. Could see he was very confident, very reassuring and he made sure they all got some affection after he had finished. Again, thank you everyone!! Donβt hesitate to take you pet here, you wonβt regret it. :)β
βThey look after my doggy very well.. A big thank you for doing his nails xβ
βVery friendly and efficient receptionist. Clean surgery, no one waiting and my appointment was bang on time. Parking is free in the street and was easy to find. The Vet was a delightful Greek lady who showed great interest in my cats and was very professional as well as quick and friendly. Highly recommended.β
βWe've had to take both our Lurchers there in the last couple of months, the staff fitted us them in very quickly and did a great job with both of them. They were great with both dogs, 1 of them is very nervous around vets, but they were very patient with him, and the other 1 needed to have a wound stitched up, they took great care of her. Highly recommend this vets.β
βOur Labradoodle Archie loves Coastway vets, they always treat him well when he goes for his annual check up or for any problems. They also run a fabulous dog show at Hove Lagoon which the dogs, owners and spectators love. It so well attended and draws great crowds, especially for temptation alley! Big thanks to Jay and the team for such a well run event .β
βWe highly recommend Cobie Vet Care. We moved to Eastbourne over a year ago with our older dog and Cobie Vet Care was recommended to us. She consistently received great care from the excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable Team. This week the time came to say goodbye to our girl. Claire and Louise came to our house and ensured her passing was compassionate, dignified, and respectful. Thank you to all at Cobie Vet Care.β
βVery helpful staff. Mr Hill is a really good vet and explains things clearly in understandable language. They treat both of our dogs and are very responsive.β
βGreat experience/meal here. I would especially note how good the staff were. Very on it with everything and extremely friendly and professional. 10/10. One very tiny critisism is the nacho sharing platter is a bit smaller than it used to be but it was still enough for 2 people. Still it doesn't take away from the lovely experience. Prices are decent, good service. What more can you want. Thanks very muchβ
βI am so grateful to this practice for all the fantastic care and attention they have given to my cat, especially over the last 18months since she was diagnosed with 2 critical illnesses. I always knew they were good from our annual vet check ups and occasional visits following the odd cat fight! However, since her diagnoses last year the staff have been absolutely brilliant - both with our cat and with us. Every member of staff has been extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable, honest and so very caring. It's been a long journey already but 18 months on and our lovely little cat is back to her playful, mischievous self and in the best health for a while. Whilst that may not last forever, I know she is in the best possible care with the team at Southdown. I cannot recommend them highly enough!β
βWe had to use the out of hours emergency vets service for our dog. We were given an appointment straight away leaving us enough time to find the vets in an area we don't know. There was a clients car park, to take away that stress. We had a little wait, but when seen by the vet, she was friendly and professional, explaining her findings and next steps. The only downside was the price, and even though we are covered by insurance it was still expensive.β
βThank you so much to this lovely vets for helping us out when Pet Doctors failed to help. I canβt put in to words how thankful we all are to you for helping our poor boy out. The staff were amazing and very helpful and very compassionate and supportive.β

βExtremely professional and friendly, they help my dog feel at ease every time and has shown a massive improvement! Looking forward to next appointment.β
βI wasn't registered with this vet, but took my dog in for an emergency when she took a turn. She sadly passed the following day, but every single member of staff I dealt with was completely professional, empathetic and tactfully honest. I'm not sure her name, but in particular the vet who conducted the final prodecure with my dog was excellent, with an excellent manner, extremely kind and caring both to me and my pet. This practice is staffed by people who genuinely care about animals.β
βAttended as a night time emergency and the team were wonderful, welcoming reassuring and kept us informed at all times. Considering my dog had a long car journey (which he hates) they calmed him and he relaxed in their care which tells me everything. Well done and Thank you.β
βSam was amazing. She was so friendly, helpful and informative whist selling my 2 grandchildren fish. She went above and beyond, as did Nova the checkout assistant. They even introduced Chicken the guinea pig to my grandchildren!!! We left feeling so happy and satisfied. Thank you ladies !!β
