This is a really lovely merino wool hat .Sits well on my head, does not slouch, perfect size for my small head but also stretches well, does not cause itching, pleasantly warm. I like the combination of the 3 colours and the orange bobble brightens the hat. The hat goes well with my different jackets -navy, cream, brown. It has not lost the shape after washing.”

“I have bought so many MagStan items, initially for my own kids but now Becky is my go-to for gifts for all family/friends that have babies/kids. I have ordered blankets, vests, babygrows, tees of many colours and a fair few sweatshirts too!! The quality is top notch and each item I’ve bought for my own kids have lasted so so well! “MotherRucker! Where to start, we booked a consultation as we’d been using a budget branded carrier occasionally with our Son, but had been struggling with comfort. We are planning a couple of trips to London and don’t want to take the pushchair. We walked away from our very thorough, interactive 45 minute consultation with 2 different slings on hire. “What a delight and I am difficult to please in the footwear department.These Chelsea boots are high-quality, comfortable out of the box and beautifully made. The shape of the boot is elegant (I usually take a slightly wider shoe but this boot is some form of Tardis) and the fit is spot on. If you are used to Crockett and Jones/Churches but don’t like the price, these are the same quality with a very similar fit.The boot is made in England, which I like. When you order, don’t forget to add in polish as De Winter’s is top notch (contains beeswax and almond oil). If you know the feeling of the first sip of a perfect martini, a great steak or a suit that fits just so, this is the bootmaker for you. I will be back. (For the avoidance of doubt, I have no affiliation to this company other than I really like their boots-Just in case you hadn’t guessed.).”

“I ordered 2 sizes of the Betsy Ivory Flower Dress based on the available size chart. They fit perfectly and quality is excellent too, very pleased. I ordered on Monday with the 3 workday delivery option, as I really needed the dresses on Thursday. One of the dresses was out of stock and expected back in store on Wednesday. Lorna was very understanding and arranged an express 24h delivery at no extra cost to me. I received the dresses right on time, thank you so much!”

“Roxy has done the most amazing job. Three days before leaving for my wedding, I was left with a dress that didn’t fit and with some other alterations that had more or less ruined my wedding dress. When I call Roxy on that Saturday morning I knew it was a long shot. She got me to come in. While my dress couldn’t be saved with such a short window, I got to try on some sample dresses and found two absolutely stunning gowns. After I decided she somehow worked on all her days off to get the dress ready for Tuesday. I was a little nervous when I came in on Tuesday, but literally everything fit perfectly! This was the first and only fitting. I am honestly a little glad that the other dress didn’t work out because everything was so perfect about this new dress. I felt like a million bucks haha. Roxy made me feel so at ease. So glad how it all worked out. Couldn’t recommend her services enough!”

“My daughter and I visited the Jog Shop to get trainers in preparation for doing the overnight London Moonwalk Marathon. We had no idea what to look for but Tony was incredibly patient and knowledgeable as we tried on about 7 pairs each. We came away with not only a pair of shoes that was suited to us individually, at a good price, but an experience of proper customer service. “I stopped by this store earlier today, and even though they close at 5, they stayed open longer to help me find the perfect pair of running shoes. Not only did they extend their hours, but they never made me feel rushed or hinted that they were about to close. I spent around 30 minutes benefiting from their expertise, ensuring I made the right choice. I had visited once about a year ago and was surprised that the owner remembered me—and all I had bought was a pair of socks! It’s rare to find a place where the staff truly know their products and take the time to recommend what’s best for you. What really stood out was that they let me take the shoes outside for a quick run to test them—who does that? If you're looking for running shoes or anything related to running, this shop is an absolute gem. You won’t regret visiting!”

“Just awesome. I had a pair of Timberland (non site) boots. Thought the soles were too far gone. £200 to replace. Just £20 later, the soles are as new. Vibram sole in place and the soft rubber I'd walked through was colour matched and built back up. Dont think about binning a pair of knackered shoes/boots 'til you've been here.”
