“Premier Sports ‘Best in the business’ I have been using Premier sports for about 20 years now and they are by far the best all round company in the South East. Whether it’s for schools, local sports teams or business they can provide medals, trophies, football kits, work wear, personal decoration, you name it they can do it. They have always been so professional and I wouldn’t use any other company. Communication is excellent and the new invoice system has made it so much easier to make alterations before production. An old sports injury I had to my shoulder initially proved troublesome for getting the jacket to sit correctly. I have rhuematoid arthritis and full legs and always have difficulty getting boots to fit, she was really helpful and kind, she got multiple pairs out for me to try and also offered help if I needed it. I came away with a Milliner platform which I've just tried on again at home and can't wait to wear them out, they zip up easily and the leather is soft. I'll definitely be coming back for more footwear as needed.”

“Pretty much everything about a recent stay here was excellent. Location couldn't be more central to everything in Brighton. The room was super clean, well laid out and you can tell thought has gone into the guest experience, everything we needed was there. It's certainly not the biggest space, but for a weekend break when you're spending your time in Brighton, you won't need anything more...although the shower cubicle I found just a little too small for my size, but done the job. There were some really nice touches they added for Pride weekend too the room and we had super friendly check too. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“We purchased from Cash Converters Maidstone through the website 2 weeks ago, ordering a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+. Our son needs a tablet for his A-Level studies and we couldn't afford a new unit. The offer of a reduced price second-hand tablet that we found online seemed like an optimal solution. Unfortunately, after a week of fruitless waiting for the delivery (and several misleading emails from DHL in the process), the courier company appeared to have lost the shipment in the vast volume of parcels and deliveries they handle daily. We were very disappointed and as a last resort called the Maidstone store. We were super-impressed with genuine customer service from Julie and the store manager Dan who personally engaged with DHL to locate and deliver to us our mis-handled parcel. Throughout this process, Dan was excellent in communicating what he was doing and what he was aiming to achieve. Absolutely excellent after-sale customer care.
