“Booked in for 1 night and paid £350 for a room without breakfast included (wow) (without a balcony) which was such a shame as we’d walked 12 miles to this hotel so we could have a room looking over the beach. The room we actually got was a large well designed room in the roof of the second floor. I went down to ask if we could swap rooms and it was a stern no. They are all booked. Fair enough, slightly moody receptionist. But our evening got exceedingly better as Nathan served us in the restaurant on the veranda and he was such a lovely man. So attentive and actually cared. We had a really lovely 3 course meal with cocktails because he was so good at his job. I actually wanted to eat elsewhere because I didn’t think the lady on reception gave a hoot about our stay. Thankfully we didn’t, the chicken skewers were so good and the fish was moist and fluffy. Really good chef. Cheese board was a delight and the chocolate dessert. Scott enjoyed an old fashion and mojito all really great quality. Nathan made our day by being funny polite and just really good at what he does. Thank you”

“Stayed just one night and left wishing it had been longer! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the room I was given was just so lovely. It is the little things like classic FM on the radio and a few delicious sweet treats that immediately transport you into relaxation mode when you stay here. Everything was spotlessly clean and well presented. Also, I cannot remember having a better breakfast, it was 10/10!”

“I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have always enjoyed my stays. Rooms are what I would expect for a 3* hotel, very comfortable beds, and they have always been clean. What I especially like is the location, which is right in the centre of Brighton, and the staff. My friends and I are members of the trans community, and we are always made to feel extremely welcome, with the staff making Premier Inn a truly inclusive business and a place I want to return too.”

“Very good price. Stayed here in a family room with three friends and it worked out at less than £25 each for the night! The very friendly staff on reception provided us with maps as we hadn't been to Brighton before. Room was beautifully decorated, not huge but comfortable for four adults. Room had lovely sea-views. No parking associated with the hotel, but would highly recommend Regency Mews Secure Parking for anybody needing it. Brilliant location, very close to the new Brighton i360 attraction and beach, short walk to the Lanes. Tea, coffee etc. in the room as well as soaps and shower gel/shampoo. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The apartments are situated a short walk from the beach to the south and the North lanes to the north. The interior was modern and comfortable, thoroughly cleaned and spacious enough (although beds were shared) for my party of 4. The master bedroom with ensuite was, unsurprisingly, more comfortable and spacious. The other bedroom was large enough for a double bed and not much else - however, it was adequate for its intended purpose. Conveniently, there are a variety of shops and restaurants very close by. Finding the location, however, may prove slightly difficult, and even our Domino's delivery man had difficulty locating us.”

“A warm and friendly welcome from three different receptionists really made our short stays at the beginning of December and on Christmas Eve 2025. Mary, Vicky and Mihaela( hope I have the spelling correctly) were amazing. We had a lovely room with a balcony, overlooking Brighton seafront, Brighton i360 and the West Pier(remains of). Our room was very large with a lovely en suite, a coffee machine, kettle and fridge with complimentary snacks and drinks. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee looking at the seaside was such a treat. The breakfast room is in the style of an American diner, overlooking the seafront and serving a great range of breakfast with premium jams and spreads. Our evening meal was of a good quality, especially the pizza and haddock and chips. Bar staff were always incredibly friendly. Location is great, a very short distance to Preston Street with it's huge variety of restaurants and close to Western Road with it's amazing range of shops. I agree with Hannah about slight wear and tear, but like her, I prefer to look at the positives and there were plenty.”

“Wow ! This hotel is beautiful. They have kept all the original features and it's stunning. We'll presented modern rooms with underfloor heating. Restaurant has a great menu and the service is very attentive. Breakfast was as you would expect lots of hot and cold choices including pastries. Pool area is lovely. My only complaint about the pool is disabled access to changing rooms is difficult if you can't walk well but they do provide a disabled loo / changing room on pool level as a back up. The pool changing area is a bit dated but I'm sure they're getting to that you can see they've done a lot already. My mum loved it she wants to go back we went as a birthday treat.”

“We have stayed here a few times, as it is near our son in Brighton. We checked in at 23.00hrs, and there was a receptionist to welcome us. We found the corridors clean and carpets plush, as expected. Our room was as expected , lovely large and comfortable. Some small lights had been left on, which was a nice touch. I have not found a more luxurious comfortable bed, as a Pemeir Inn bed. In fact we don't stay anywhere else, if we can help it.”

The staff went above and beyond to look after us, and they even surprised the bride-to-be with a beautiful room upgrade, which made the weekend feel extra special. Everyone on the team was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. It was my first time in Brighton, and this hotel made it memorable from start to finish. We all felt incredibly spoilt and so well cared for. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommend!”

“Good day. I was a tenant at 31 Hollingbury Road, Brighton for 2 years while studying at the University of Brighton and would like to recommend Longhouse Lettings. I want to highlight the prompt and quality responses to all my queries, as well as the highly professional service, starting from the help with moving in and detailed advice on where I can find the shops I need, and also when moving out when Oliver gave me detailed advice on cleaning, which allowed me to return my deposit without any problems. Also, in cases where the washing machine and fridge broke down, communication with the landlord was carried out quickly, and a new washing machine and fridge were purchased. I would especially like to highlight Oliver Wilkins for his friendliness and professional help with all issues, and Michelle for her prompt communication. With gratitude, Sergey Zharkikh”

“★★★★★ Kipps Brighton: The Best Location for the Price—A Perfect Base. This place delivers exactly what you need for an affordable and convenient stay in Brighton. You absolutely cannot beat the location: it is right opposite the Royal Pavilion and a short, easy walk to the Lanes, the Pier, and the seafront. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the pricing offers exceptional value considering you are in the heart of the city. While it is a basic setup (more of a functional guest house than a luxury hotel), the whole place is well-maintained and provides a peaceful, comfortable space to sleep. The Real Highlights: • Prime Central Spot: Perfect for tourists—everything is walkable. • The Team: Staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. • Great Value: Excellent price point for this location. ⚠️ Local Guide Pro Tip: This is a self-check-in facility, so be sure to have your entry codes ready before you arrive.”

It was lovely and quiet perfect for a stay with children. I will definitely book here the next time I come to Brighton.”

“Fantastic for the price. Ok its a budget hotel or top of the line hostel. Comfortable beds. I was in a 6 bed dorm. Large toilet/shower room in the dorm not down the corridor. A big +. Shower was good, reasonably powerful and good temperature control. Extremely clean. The staff noticed my disability and moved me to a bottom bunk without me asking. There was a lift which was working well. I didn't have the breakfast. So can't comment. Location was 50 meters from both the old burnt out pier and the 360 "ride. Maybe 120m from the GRAND HOTEL”

“This was really good, the room, which had a single and a double was perfect for us because I had just come out of hospital and I needed to rest alone. My partner had the single and that suited her too - avoiding my tossing and turning! - but it was a lovely place and it was clean and tidy and in a great location. It was Pride weekend and we saw a good bit of the spectacle - although we didn't go there for that weekend but we ate and drank and name merry and enjoyed the sun and that was great. The staff were great and we were lucky with parking (they will sell you a 24 hrs permit). All in all a good place although it is not a b&b in the strictest terms because there is no breakfast - but that didn't bother us and we will go again!”
