βA perfect experience- a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff. My room request was entirely satisfied and I had a great room- spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed a drink in the bar and felt very well looked after by the whole team throughout my stay.β
βIt was lovely, they gave us rooms beside each other as we requested and accomodated late check out. It was easy to walk to the pier and visit sea life. Overall good hotel and location. Clean and quiet tooβ
βWent to the bar for a drink and Eddie was just incredible - such attentive service. My friend wanted mulled cider and he went and made it for her anyway! We ordered the boozy hot chocolate, and gave her the rest. He was so kind and made some great adaptations to make our night special. Thank you, Eddie.β
βGreat experience using this estate agents for our recent move. Daniel was so friendly and helpful. Was so quick at replying, had a same day viewing, and within a day or two we began referencing. Any questions or difficulties we had were quickly resolved (even if we were the issue). And we're so happy with our new place and how quick it was made to happen. Daniel really listened to our concerns and always found a way to make this happen. Would recommend, thanksβ
βGreat little guest house, self check in, which was easy. It's easy to find the hotel also. Secure parking close by if you need it . Within walking distance to the Brighton centre, and all shopping etc. Rooms well furnished, lovely comfortable bed, nice crisp clean bedding. Tea and coffee facility excellent, though I thought a small fridge would be useful for fresh milk as the person I was with needed to have almond milk due to allergies. Carpets clean. Enough hanging space for clothing for a weekend. Shower clean and shower gel etc.β
βVery good location, The food was good. The receptionist (Ali Behrouz) was very helpful when we had a problem in the basin bathroom, he act really quickly to fix it, with apologize, I am sure every manger will like to employee such a good guy like Mr. Behrouz. we will defiantly coming back. Mr. and Mrs Shiltaghβ
βHad a one night stay and I canβt speak highly enough of the service from all the staff. We had a lot of luggage (10 bags) and the team helped us with them to the third floor and helped us store them the following day. Breakfast was amazing, view of the sea with a perfectly cooked full English. Super comfortable bed, quiet area. Highly recommendedβ
βMy room was small but had everything I could want although the TV reception was a bit iffy. Breakfasts are excellent. Well situated for bus stops, station and town centre and parking for car driversβ
βI just want to say that the latest review is totally outrageous just because a company closes for 1 hr for lunch for their staff to be able to take a break. We always tell our customers that we close between 1pm & 2pm we are one of the only kennels in the area that actually open on Sunday afternoons. This person proceeded to climb our wall and sit on top (as photo shows) of it trying to intimidate myself while I was eating my lunch. As I explained to the customer I am insulin dependent diabetic and need to eat if we didnβt close for lunch I would not get the time. My Manager uses the hrs lunch to groom & or feed any dogs that need it. The owner was off site and I told you she would be back later( 5pm.) I can guarantee that the dogs were not dehydrated nor were there water bowls empty as I had only just been round the dogs checking them & filling any that were low before I went to lunch. I am very proud of weβre I work and we all strive to make it a happy place for all our guests to stay it has upset us all to read this personβs review. I shall be reporting it as I felt very threatened and intimidated by them.β
βEverything was very good. It was easy to check in, the room was clean and fresh, so were the beds and towels. We had a TV, tea and coffee facilities, a good shower, also an extra heater if it was chilly and even a hair dryer. It was very good value for money and the lady who met us on arrival was very friendly. The location was excellent we had a coffee shop and a pub plus lots of shops at one end of the street and a five minute walk to the beech at the other end. There was lots of independent eateries and bars within a short walk. We were also only about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the Royal Pavilion and the Museum or the Lanes and the shops. It was also on a very good bus route.β
βLovely beach in south of England. Also you can enjoy your day eating around and having fun as you can find fun centers and lovely restaurants. The beach is not with sand but with rocks which make it hard when you walk but the sea is lovely, blue and clean. In the summer time you can really catch a good tan and relax in the sea.β
βAway working and got feed up paying Β£10 for a bacon and egg roll and a coffee. Β£10.99 for all you can eat in a premier inn is the way to go. Filled me flask and left with a pocket full of fruit and yoghurt.β
βI stayed at this lovely hotel in November 2025. The service was fantastic, rooms a delight and great location. Unfortunately I had a medical issue during my stay, staff & management went to so much effort to help me and were so helpful. I would definitely stay here again, thank you Legends Davidβ
βAmazing Hostel, couldnβt ask for a better location. Friendly staff. Massive common area with full bar, snacks, cheap breakfast. Steps from the pier, fish & chip shops and nightclubs. Extra shout out to Kate, Marlo and Dan, truly great hosts!! Would leave 6 stars if I could. The staff are fabulous and answered my millions of questions with huge smiles. Definitely the best hostel experience Iβve had in the UK. Will be booking here any time Iβm in Brighton!!!β
βI had a brilliant stay at The Downs Hotel in Brighton! Free car parking was a big plus, and the complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch. I was running late for check-in, but Georgie and Rosie were incredibly kind and understanding β they waited for us, welcomed us warmly, and even showed us to our room. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented (Iβm really fussy about cleanliness, and it exceeded my expectations!). In the morning, Gemma looked after us at breakfast β she was so friendly, polite, and always smiling, which made the experience even better. The food was great, the service was genuine, and the whole atmosphere was really welcoming. Overall, I couldnβt have asked for a better stay β great value, great people, and a great experience. Iβll definitely be coming back in the future!β
βGet a sea view room. Lovely to open the curtains to it in the morning when the sun is shining. Room was adequate. Bed was comfy. Staff were there in the background but didn't have much to do with them after check in. Breakfast is adequate. Parking is charged for but apparently not guaranteed, which the staff were very upfront about. If you park on the road outside, there are charges from 9am to 6pm. Move a few hundred yards up the road towards Goring and the parking becomes free. We moved our car the first night as soon as we realised this.β
βFantastic food, super tasty and all very reasonably priced. Our waiter Mo was very friendly and incredibly attentive. The quiet atmosphere is great for a nice chat however the place could be a bit more lively. Would recommend!β
βA great cheap alternative to stay in Brighton, clean spacious rooms, we went with a group and had the entire floor so we had the kitchen area to ourselves which was great for drinks before and after a night out.β
βSimple accommodation with excellent placement, facilities and particularly staff. Very good experience and will use again.β
βFriday Saturdays are amazing filled with laughter karaoke and much more worth the visit !! Especially the pub mascots Jamie and Rodger !!β
βWe ended up at Kempfield House Hotel on a whim when our original lodging fell through. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and warm upon our late night, last minute arrival. We were able to secure rooms that were spacious, extremely clean, and updated. Check in and check out were extremely simple as well. I would definitely recommend this stay!β
βExcellent location right by the beach. Lovely sized room and everything we needed in the room. Very clean. Friendly staff very welcoming and could not do enough for us. Will absolutely come back and stay again. Thank you!β
βThe stay turned out to be better than expected. The room was spacious, clean & luxury kinda design. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality felt thoroughly and well managed. It was very pleasant experience to have here!!β
βOur first time staying at this old gem. It was arranged for a special birthday of mine, delayed by a year due to my partner having emergency surgery a year ago. It did not disappoint and we cannot thank the staff enough. We had the most amazing sea view room. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The friendliness and service from all staff was fantastic. Special thanks to Connor who has not been at the hotel long but whose customer care and service could not be bettered. He is a real asset to the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. He helped make our weekend go smoothly. We had my birthday meal in the hotel restaurant, The Wardroom, for 10 of us. The food was exceptional, as was the service. Thanks to Stan for that. All in all, a birthday to remember. I cannot recommend the hotel more highly.β
βJust spent a night here. Perfect location and the car park is a bonus. Our room was bright and clean with pleasant lighting, crisp bedding and plenty of sockets for phones etc. Good bar and pleasant staff. We didnβt have breakfast but the menu looked varied and the tables were nicely set. We look forward to returning.β
ββοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ Outstanding Stay at Harbour Hotel Brighton From the moment we arrived at Harbour Hotel Brighton, we were blown away by the warmth and professionalism of the team. Every single member of staff we interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Travelling with our two Frenchies, Clouseau and Cato, can sometimes be a challenge, but the hotel could not have been more welcoming. The thoughtful touches in the room including a beautiful birthday platter, a dog bed, and a toy made the stay feel incredibly personalised. Itβs rare to find a hotel that goes above and beyond not only for guests, but for their pets too. A special thank you to Moji, who handled my reservation with absolute excellence and made us feel like VIPs from the start. And of course, credit must go to Billy, whose cocktails were genuinely out of this world some of the best weβve had anywhere. Clouseau and Cato had the best time, and so did we. As someone who works in hotel management, I can confidently say that Harbour Hotel Brighton sets a high standard for hospitality, service, and guest experience. We will definitely be returning very soon. If youβre considering booking this hotel stop thinking and book it. You wonβt regret it.β
βMost lovely genuine people you'll ever meet.β
β2 mins walk to the beach, 10 mins walk to the pier, but on a quiet street with easy/secure parking. Nicely presented flat with all mod cons and a property manager who knows their stuff and will look after you. Recommended.β
