No hard sell no off behaviour if you don’t spend anything just happy and passionate about the product abs offering an experience to the customer! I pop in regularly just to look and try on then when I have the money I buy! Thank you Jocey”

“Walked in with no idea what I needed but pain in my legs and feet. I didn't catch her name but the woman that I spoke to was extremely helpful and set about using the machine to measure how I stand and walk and talking about my history and where the pain was. 20 mins later I walked out with a pair of very reasonably priced custom moulded orthotics which have literally been the best purchase I've made this year, the effects are fantastic. My legs and feet feel better already and my back is also improving - something I didn't even attribute to my footwear. Thanks for helping me out! One thing I would say is that the men's shoes range is very limited and not what I'd describe as fashionable (for under 60s anyway).”

Not only did they extend their hours, but they never made me feel rushed or hinted that they were about to close. I spent around 30 minutes benefiting from their expertise, ensuring I made the right choice. I had visited once about a year ago and was surprised that the owner remembered me—and all I had bought was a pair of socks! It’s rare to find a place where the staff truly know their products and take the time to recommend what’s best for you. What really stood out was that they let me take the shoes outside for a quick run to test them—who does that? Whether it’s for schools, local sports teams or business they can provide medals, trophies, football kits, work wear, personal decoration, you name it they can do it. “Absolutely fantastic service from Verity in the Brighton store today. I have rhuematoid arthritis and full legs and always have difficulty getting boots to fit, she was really helpful and kind, she got multiple pairs out for me to try and also offered help if I needed it. I came away with a Milliner platform which I've just tried on again at home and can't wait to wear them out, they zip up easily and the leather is soft. I'll definitely be coming back for more footwear as needed.”

“While they had a shop in Carnaby Street somewhatI didn't find one I could wear. But their online shop has huge sellection! Treasure trove of not only amazing shoes but handbags are gorgeous！I own quite a few of both. They are investment for future. I am very sad to learn their manufacturer isn't available any more so clearance is going on (September 2025). Get bargain before closure! I hope they can find a British manufacturer soon, and don't let the wonderful designs lost forever. It will be crime against style!”
