“All the staff especially the manager cannot do enough to help you out. It is on a par with the service you get in America with help advise and getting another size for you without having to get dressed and start again. They will always double check if your size is not on display even when they are sure it's sold out. Best branch I have ever been too and the manageress should be training staff. The branch in the town centre has a completely different atmosphere and nowhere near the standard of service you receive in long field road. Huge light store with the feel and attention of a small unique boutique!!! Don't let it change.”

“Placed an order for some Sonny angels from this store. I emailed the shop to query if the Sonny angels were real, I received an email the next morning explaining that they are real and explained where the stock came from, they also answered another email I sent with another question and I received a reply within 10 minutes with a helpful answer. I am waiting for my order to arrive but the customer service was outstanding and I’m impressed with the stock of the Sonny angels, they have stock that no where else has and they aren’t extremely overpriced like other stores. Looking forward to my order arriving and will be ordering from here again.”

“I have just visited Clarks in Worthing Town to buy some new shoes for work and was served by Jane. Jane was very informative and showed me a very good selection of shoes before bringing a couple of shoes that she’d recommend for me to try. I am a size 13 so being able to find a pair of shoes in my size can be difficult however Jane made the process much easier and gave me all the information I needed to find a pair of shoes for work. “This store is good for your shopping needs. It has plenty of clothing options, and I visit here if I have to return when Ive ordered online. Plenty of parking, it is an easier option than going to a high street store. There is also a Costa Cafe inside”

“Visited the Eastbourne Shuh shop. Received exceptionally good service from Joe. They didn't stock what I wanted but he went on-line to find them and arranged free next day delivery from their warehouse. It took a matter of minutes and he was helpful and understanding of my lack of technical expertise in having to do something on my mobile relative to the order. I was so pleased as I had visited three other shops previously to be told 'Come back after our next delivery and we might have some' or just a curt 'No we haven't got them'.
